Lisa was amazing and was able to get me on the schedule quickly for at least a truckload the day of (a Thursday), with the rest being delivered the next day. Come the day of the install, the contractor decides they can't finish the install due to wind. Lisa was able to reschedule for the following Monday/Tuesday when the contactor said they would be back. The contractor then decides to come finish it Saturday instead. Lisa was so amazingly nice about it and was able to get me on the schedule as the last delivery Saturday (and the driver was incredibly friendly, even though he had to work late to do our delivery!). The rest of our water was delivered on Monday with no issues. I am so pleased with this company and will be using them again should we need another top-off for our pool.

The cooler was great from the get-go, but I noticed there was an issue with the cooler taking in water within a month of having it which had me worried. I thought there might be an issue with it or potentially something was broken, so I called their customer support and was surprised that within the following few days they sent out someone to retrieve the old cooler and replaced it with a new one, no questions asked.
