    This Review is to Inform the General Public that Patrick Arko Took Advantage of an 83 Year Old man…read moreand sold me a Small Used riding mower that was in fact defective. Our agreement was to Change the Oil & Sharpen the Blade. He did Change the Oil but never sharpened the Blade because the Blade Nut was Rusted & Frozen to the Mower Spindle Assembly. Instead of Fixing it he Chose to Screw the Customer Instead. My Friend who was an automotive Mechanic for 30 years could not remove the blade to install a new one. Now I must find a vendor to fix a problem that should NOT Exist...I attempted to Contact Patrick Arko several Times but he would NOT Reply. Do Yourself a Favor & Stay Clear of this Company & his POOR Business Practices!

    Do not use this dishonest company! First, as stated by another reviewer, the woman that answers…read morethe phone (the owner's fiancé') is horribly rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant! She has NO business being in customer service and is the first contact to the company, giving a terrible impression! Then, they charge about double what other companies charge for pick-up and delivery. They also "complete" repairs without contacting the customer with the estimate or getting approval, they OVER charge for work...work that they did NOT do and had to be called out on, and the work that WAS done was terrible and had to be fixed by another company because they ruined the part. Save yourself money and headaches and go with another company!

    When I first called, the lady who answers the phone, Belinda, was rude and comes off nasty. She…read moredoesn't want to answer any questions and seems like she just plain ol' hates her job. Speaking to her should have been my first inclination to take my business elsewhere. The next time I talked with her I received the same unpleasantness. Regardless of her, they did pick up my tractor. Let me add that this is a New 2020 John Deere with 17 hours on it. Belinda did tell me it would take a few weeks before they could look at it. So they have my mower, "repair" it, return it. Within 15 minutes of mowing, it backfires and shuts off. Lifting the hood reveals that the something is on fire as noticeable smoke shows up. I call LELG and once again am greeted by the usual rudeness of Belinda. I let her know that the mower is Not fixed. She says they fixed it, I say obviously not. She says that I would need to pay for a service appointment for them to look at it. You've got to be kidding me! This place is a RIP OFF!!! Needless to say, my mower and any future lawn & garden needs will be purchased elsewhere! Beware of this place for your lawn equipment needs!

    Solid me used toro super recycler and claimed it we new. Blade and underside were completely…read morerusted. When I called them out on it, they said "must have been an accident." The employees then carried on some fake banter like they didn't know. One saying, "we will need to knock $50 off and call it a demo." Come to find out they actually sold it to me for $50 less the the price on torodealer.com despite telling me it was new at the time of purchase. Obviously they knew it was used at when I purchased it. Buyer be ware when dealing with dishonest people like this. They have lost my business. Luckily for me I got my money back. ....terribly disappointed.

    If I could give them a 0 that's what they deserve. I bought a tune up kit from AG Pro in Chardon…read moreOctober 2024 for my zero turn Z445. I was planning on doing the tune up that fall but didn't, and didn't do it the following year either. This spring I was determined to get this done before the cutting season started so I got my mower out & performed the tune up, oil change. Changed the gas filter, air filter. When I started the mower all of the oil spilled out of the mower from where the oil filter was attached. I didn't realize this right away since the motor is behind me on a zero turn. I drove it for approx 3 minutes until it started smoking I turned it off right away & realized what had happened. When I rechecked everything I realized that the oil filter didn't screw on all the way & didn't fit because it was larger than the original. I checked the packaging and the outer box had the correct oil filter & on it but the filter that was inside the box was a different model & has a different number! I have all of the original packaging showing that the tune up kit was packed with the wrong filter inside. I want AG Pro to put a new motor in my mower. I also talked to John Deere & between them & AG Pro they have offered me 20% off the cost of replacing the motor which I think is unacceptable since the oil filter was packaged wrong by the John Deere Company & the wrong one for my mower. It ruined my mower & they will not make it right. I cannot afford 5000. for a new motor & installation. Their reason for denying the repair is that the kit is past its warranty There is no warranty on a tune up kit!! This is their excuse to just screw an old lady! A multimillion dollar company should not do this to a customer! I will no longer be a customer of John Deere or AG Pro
