I am soooooo happy I found Water Otters Swim School. It's scary when your child is learning how to swim and it's very important that safety and trust is there to make the experience a good one. When I inquired I spoke to the owner Jennifer who is such a sweetheart. I love their philosophy of how they don't force the child to do what they're not ready to do and that they go at the child's pace. My 4 1/2 year old daughter did not know how to swim without floaties . Megan is a phenomenal teacher! Violet went from sitting on the step to monkey crawls throughout the pool, swimming back and forth in the shallow, swimming to the bottom to catch rings and floating on her back in such a short period of time. Megan is so sweet and she gave Violet the confidence and trust she needed. She also taught her safety measures of getting in and out. Honestly my only regret is not finding this school sooner when my oldest was learning how to swim. I recommend Water Otters Swim school! You won't be disappointed. Jennifer and Megan are amazing!!

Every Saturday morning my brother Myles looks forward to going to his swim classes with such excitement because the staff there is so welcoming and brings such positive energy. Different staff members greet him when he walks in and you really feel the support. Having a sibling with special needs, especially in a setting with water, can be a little nerve wrecking. I have never seen people who are so patient and enthusiastic, it's a great feeling and lets me know my brother isin good hands. For parents/guardians looking into swim classes, Water Wings is the place to go.

Regardless, the staff was very accommodating and still allowed my daughter to participate in her first swimming lesson session. I can't remember his name, but my daughter's instructor was great and helped build her confidence. He was very patient with her and at the end of the session, they even had a little bit of play time, to the point where she didn't want to get out of the water lol Thanks for making her first experience memorable and I look forward to watching her progress with her swimming skills.

Each lesson…read morewas 20 minutes long, and my daughter would be asked to work on the exact same thing, doing a back float. After several months she can't do the back float for as long as they'd like in order to progress her to anything else, but the program is completely linear, so if your kid can't back float independently for a long time, then they won't teach them to do anything else. It is a busy, loud, revolving door of kids coming in and out, and they move right to the next kid when yours gets out of the water, so there's not really time to talk to the teacher about what they will try differently next time. Trying to call the office is no use unfortunately. I've never gotten through. I wouldn't recommend this program for kids who need a tailored approach or who are nervous in the water. Maybe if your kid is already a great swimmer.

As Coach Andy always says, those early lessons are as much for the parents as they are for the child, teaching you how to safely and confidently handle your little one in the water. His guidance made us feel comfortable every step of the way! By the second year, we transitioned to individual lessons, and now we do them exclusively. The progress our child has made with Andy's help has been tremendous. He has a wonderful way of combining play with structured learning, which keeps the lessons fun, engaging, and effective. Coach Andy has a gift for making kids and parents feel at ease. His energy, patience, and positivity create an environment where children are excited to learn and grow. Swimming is such an important life skill, and I feel grateful knowing our child is building confidence and ability in the water that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for the right place to introduce your child to swimming, Coach Andy at My Little Swimmer is fantastic. It's been a wonderful experience for our whole family, and I highly recommend it.

I was about a year postpartum when I joined the gym and I can honestly say that Diana helped me feel good again. Her motivational words with the right amount of push helped me get breakthrough in my work out journey. The gym is immaculate. Bathrooms are clean and always well stocked with hair ties and all the women necessities. The community is great. Parking can be a little though depending on the time of day because they're located right outside of the mall, but you always find a spot. Over all love this gym. Diana truly is a gem and makes the Pilates community come together. Thank you for your great service, Diana!

The energy is great until recently, newer members can be rude and don't have common courtesy or gym etiquette. Keep in mind price is high, I pay almost $300 for the membership that does include spin and Pilates. But the class schedule now isn't the best. A lot of the OG good Pilates instructors have quit. Shani is definitely the best one still here. Jill's spin class is 10/10. But I don't see why the high price tag. A lot of machines are constantly broken. The bathrooms are constantly out of soap and toilet paper, and are dirty half the time. Classes get cancelled constantly. A few of the instructors are rude and hog gym equipment. Ash at front desk is the best and always so sweet, Skye and Dani have amazing strength classes but I can't make it half the time due to the inconsistency with child care, even tho Lupe is amazing with kids. But the rest of the staff can be rude and not accommodating. Always new front desk girls What brought me here originally was the kids club. As a new mom, this was the best opportunity. There is just no consistency and there's a lot of rules and regulations that aren't really discussed when you sign up. They advertise everywhere that they offer kids club but at least once a week, kids club is closed or opened late and a different time daily so I end up missing or being late to my scheduled classes. Originally I was taking 2 classes some days, being at the gym for over 2 hours, using the gym as therapy with new girlfriends. Then I was told I'm only allowed to use kids club for an hour and 15 minutes whether someone is in there to watch your kid or not. Which is not a lot of time. After an hour class, I barely have time to use the restroom and fill up my water before I'm texted to come pick up my daughter. Leaves me no time to use the amenities I'm paying for. There's no food or drinks allowed for the kids but it seems these rules are only targeted to certain members. A lot of moms have canceled their membership due to this and have gone to equinox which makes sense given we pay equinox prices. The communication in the gym is very poor. Classes with my favorite instructors are canceled with no explanation. Gym floor classes have been moved to an even darker corner with no ventilation or room for the class size it's intended for. A lot of the girls are from class pass and apparently can't use any basic amenities which again how is anyone supposed to know. There's no signs up or communication. It just seems to be one thing after another but I really hope they continue to try to make changes so they don't lose anymore members. I love it here and my daughter loves coming with me, it's just becoming more of burden as of late.
