I have been a loyal customer of water-to-go in Clawson for more years than I can count. Recently they moved. First they said they would be down for a week. They promised updates on their Facebook page. There have been a few but they were all VERY unrealistic. Now, almost two months later, I have found that customer loyalty means nothing. I have been by the new location and peeked into the windows and seen nothing done for days at a time. The last post dated Jan 31 promised "7 days max." It's January 18. Still not open and no evidence that anything is being done. I drove to the sterling heights location. Either they were out of water or as of today, without notice, they shut down to increase their capacity. I drove a 25 mile round trip for nothing YET AGAIN! They said they understood. Yah right! No apology! Water-to-go lost my loyalty. There are other services out there. And now I have all this plastic! What a waste and environmentally irresponsible! read more

I love this location. Anytime you come in they are friendly and helpful. They get right to filling your waters and ringing you up. The most I've ever waited is a few minutes if someone was in line in front of me. The parking could be a little better, but usually there's a spot open when I get there. Plus their price is cheap, where else can you get reverse osmosis water for $10 for 20 gallons? read more

I have had two 5-gallon water bottles that were refilled at the Clawson Water To Go and then leaked and had to be replaced. I was told by the owner that the bottles must havc had microfractures in them. A friend recently took my remaining 4 5-gallon water bottles, paid to have them refilled and after 3 of the bottles fell off his wire cart while being rolled to my car and broke, my friend was informed by the owner that he would only replace them if I paid for them. I have supported this Water To Go business since it first opened over 9 years ago and cannot afford to replace the 5 5-gallon water bottles they have destroyed. read more
