I arrived before 11am on a Friday. I purchased the $25.99 wash. 49 minutes later, after watching cars come thru the auto wash that arrived after me, I walked back towards the office to see my car parked off to the side. An older guy said " its coming thru now". It wasn't, they still had to vacuumed it out. I walked back again and the woman behind the register was outside and I asked her why my car had been parked off to the side and other cars who came after me were thru the wash and gone. She started speaking another language to the man who said my car was coming and they would not answer me as to why my car was pulled out and parked off to the side. I told her I was never coming back. When my car was finished, another man did speak to me an apologized that it took so long, but he also could not answer as to why my car was pulled out of line and parked. He just said that the van in front of me was very dirty. 47 minutes dirty? While others BEHIND me came thru? No offer for a free wash to make it right. Just " sorry". I work too hard for my money. Im never going back there. New mgmt is just as bad as the old one as far as Im concerned. read more

It's a hit or miss. Depends who cleans your car. Last time I came it was amazing but this time they did a mediocre job. I still had sticky parts on my middle console. They didn't get in between my seats I can still see a lot of stains. I could've done better myself but whatever come at your own risk. read more

Very disappointed in the car wash. Not only did they spray a thick layer of Body Armor on the interior but they very poorly wiped it leaving a bunch of spots and grease stains on the leather. TOTAL RIPOFF!! I paid $55. for a hand carwash that took 1 hour and 15 min to complete. There were several areas of the truck that looked like they never even got wet. The rims are covered on dirt and water spots. The tires are muddy and smeared with some sort of tire dressing in spots. None of the trim was washed and is still covered in dirt from prior to the wash. The inside door panels were never wiped down and had dog feet prints on them. There was sand on all of the rubber floor mats as if they didn't vacuum. I spoke to the Owner and told her I was very unhappy with my $55. wash and that I didn't have another hour plus for them to correct it. I asked for a refund or credit and she started yelling at me and said they had cleaned everything. She refused to make any type adjustment and kept yelling at me as she went back into her office and shut the door. TOTAL RIPOFF! read more

I didn't think they would be able to get all the dog hair out of my car but not only did they clean it thoroughly, they owner gave me free odor removers and wipes to help me maintain the inside if my dog gets it messy!!!
