My favorite car detailing location! I drive 20mins just for the service here. I've had mobile detailing services and tried other car washes closer to where I live, but this spot beats them all. The pricing is very reasonable and the guys work hard and fast to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Even with the $6 surcharge for SUV's and trucks, this is still the best pricing for quality of service you will find in SCV. I've never spent more than an hour here, and that was when the line was very long. Everyone that works here is pleasant. There is ample seating available both inside and outside. They also sell drinks and snacks inside if you need any while you wait. Today they helped me remove sap from my windows after I parked under a freshly trimmed tree (oops!) The guy was very accommodating and handled it very quickly. I can't even tell it was there. I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Desperately in need of a refreshed cleaning, I was able to sneak my BMW into the New Stevenson Ranch Car Wash just before they closed on a Saturday around 5pm. There was a featured special, the $64.99 Hand Wax, that I decided to partake in since my White Dragon needed a shine. The gentleman greeted me with a smile, I told him what I was looking for, and he directed me to an air freshener, in which I chose Pina Colada. I also made sure to mention a few key areas I needed extra special attention to, including a collection of some tree debris underneath my front hood wedged below the windshield wipers, as well ad some intense grease marks on the rear bumper. I went inside and paid the cashier, a younger gentlemen who was also friendly. There were several customers inside and outside, waiting for the last few vehicles of the day to finish. Once my vehicle was vacuumed and driven through the hand wash area, I proceeded to follow it outside and sit in the shaded waiting area while a gentlemen began waxing and cleaning my car. I watched as this one guy did a phenomenal job on my car, taking time to hand polish every inch of steel, detailing the tires and sparkling the interior. The guy took a good 45 minutes in total - I was one of the last 2-3 vehicles remaining after the business closed for the day. He was very kind, and once he threw up his rag and shouted in my direction, I walked over and inspected the work. Inside and out, he did a very nice job. The wax was great and the attention to detail was solid. I noticed one small spot on that tricky bumper, and he took a littl emore polish and waxed it out in a few quick brushes. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price and the amount of personal attention put into my car that afternoon. The wash lasted a good week to ten days before the next change in weather pattern, but I noticed that even some debris buildup over that period was easily wiped away thanks to the great wax application from the team at New Stevenson Ranch Car Wash. I would go back to them the next time my baby needs a scrub. read more

This was my first time at this car wash, but it will probably be my last. At the time when I got there, there were only two other vehicles. It wasn't busy and I could see several guys ready to go as soon as anyone pulled up. As I was getting out two guys immediately starting to vacuum the inside before I even knew what package to order. Staff was super nice and helped me select a package. I own a truck with leather seats and I wanted to get the seats conditioned so I ended up getting one of their premium packages. I also had to pay a premium because of my vehicle being a truck (Rivian), which is pretty common everywhere. I wish I would have timed how long they took to include that information in this review, but unfortunately I did not . I can say none of the guys seemed pressured and from start to finish timing wasn't unreasonable. The negative: Attention to detail - I inspected the vehicle once I got home. None of the fronk was vacuumed. I ended up vacuuming it myself at home. Kind of annoying since I just paid for a premium car wash. Tires - I'm not sure what kind of Armor tire dressing they have, but it seems to be diluted in my opinion. The best way to describe it is the tire having shiny streaks. I also have Armor All so I ended up doing that myself as well. Leather conditioning - My truck (Rivian) has a wood panel dash inside. I can tell they sprayed/wiped all the wood and plastics. I wish they didn't do that to the wood, but I will see what happens. I assuming it wont hurt anything though. Additionally, I can see where they did wipe it and where they didn't (photos). It's clearly a very lazy job and the seats were never wiped. I gave the guy who did the final touches on the truck a generous tip. After getting home, I couldn't help regretting giving him as much as I did. In all honestly I just wont go back. After reading some other reviews, maybe that is why I was one of the only people there. read more
