Visiting this Soapy Suds location was a total accident. I was just passing by when I realized my car hadn't been washed in almost three months--so I pulled in on a whim. You can immediately tell a business is in good hands when the owners are right there, helping out and overseeing everything. I handed my keys to a team member, left my car, and walked into the office to pay. Inside, there's a nice small seating area with a variety of snacks and drinks available. Everything--including the wash--was very affordable. They also have a small patio area with decorative waterfalls, which was a pleasant surprise. I even used the restroom and it was very clean, which always says a lot about a place. Overall, the experience was great and really showed their level of care. It's no surprise they're busy. I've been coming here for the $8 express car wash on my Denali Truck, They are very friendly and always glad to see you come in, the wash is excellent, so... after 2 years I came in for a hand wash on my new 2026 Corvette to try them out, that being said they did a superb job, then I brought our Porsche in for wash and wax, and once again Great Job, today I brought my travel trailer in for a wash and wax, they help me back in to the spot they wanted me in and went work, best wash and wax I've had yet from anyone, Ricardo is the man! This is the one of the few places I ever trusted to wash my car. I started to notice swirl marks on my car after a few times taking it here, but I don't know how that's possible as I only ever asked for handwash, except once. I do the interior and exterior supreme every now and then. They did go up in pricing this last year but still worth the price :) Everyone is really nice as well read more

I keep buying their books for $24, now $32. I noticed that sometimes they need to rescan the barcode whenever it did not go through the first time. Problem is, although the scan may not have gone through the first time, it subtracted one wash from my book. Basically, when that happens it cost me twice or I have to buy a new book if only one was left. Their automat is faulty at times and they tell me it was my mistake not keeping track of the number of washes left on my book. read more

I enjoyed the car wash ! I used it later in the evening just before selling my car just down the street. The workers were helpful but I didn't like that the air for blowing on the windshield looked just like one for the tire and was even marked "air". Otherwise great fast and easy carwash. read more

Absolutely horrible. They destroyed a $60,000 truck and had no remorse. They were actually rude and disrespectful and now I have to find a place to fix it with my own money. I will never take another vehicle there again. How do you scratch a windshield and then make deep scratches in the paint that look like the truck has been keyed? I'm particular about my cars, even my old one. I go on appointments daily so every other day I try to wash my car. Yes, I'm a $30 subscriber, which is enough for what I need. The microfiber soft cloths won't damage your vehicle however if you have a sports car I don't recommend you bringing it to any car wash since the car may be too low, from experience. Tip: At the kiosk, if the employee puts a piece of tape on the windshield, this means you want it dried and vacuumed by a worker at the end. I typically don't since the blowers do a good enough job and I head out to my meetings right after the wash. You can self vacuum after or before at no cost. Since I've been there, I haven't seen a broken one. All the equipment seem to be in tip top shape. I recommend Soapy Suds!! Pictures will be coming soon. read more

First time using this car wash. Yesterday I planned to have a full service #3 car wash for my truck. Ricardo greeted me with a big smile and offered me a big discount. He charged me the price of #1 ($29) for a #3 ($38) car wash. The guy who cleaned my truck did a great job with the interior. I gave him $10 tip. However, when I went home I noticed the exterior was cleaned but the front and back bumper still has residue from the spray he applied. I just watched these guys wipe down the entire outside of my truck with a rag, and then wiping down my interior with the same rag. This is the last time I come to this place. They did this same crap on my Tesla but the guy convinced me he switched rags and I just didn't see. This is why I usually wash my cars myself. Quality just isn't there. They then made phone calls to someone. 3 cars in another line were helped. 10 minutes later I got helped. Apparently person had questions on detailing their car. Broke my antenna!! I noticed it was missing when I went to vacuum my car. One of the guys retrieved it and let me know that I can reattach to my car using super glue. This is upsetting as the screw area for my antenna is now completely broken and I will need to constantly keep an eye on my antenna to make sure it doesn't fall off. Wash was okay, my rear windshield was still slightly dirty but that is expected for a $6 wash. read more

I've been using their unlimited monthly membership for a while now--$30 (have to double check pricing) for unlimited exterior washes, which is a great deal, and for just $10 more they clean the interior too. The automated wash does a solid job--my car always comes out looking clean, and it hasn't worsened any of the existing paint chipping, which I was initially worried about. Also the guys that clean the inside always do such a fantastic job. It usually takes anywhere between 20-35 minutes, and the inside of my car feels fresh and clean. Customer service is consistently excellent. One of the employees, Ricardo (possibly the owner?), is always super friendly and helpful. I believe he is the one that went over the details of the different monthly membership options with me. You can tell they care about their customers. This establishment demonstrated a shocking level of negligence and inconsideration. While waiting for a car wash, I was struck by large pieces of wood that fell from an extension of the roof, causing injury to my head and wrist, and a bleeding scratch on my finger. The response from the staff was appalling. The cashier did not even inquire about my well-being or offer a bandage. When the manager, Ricardo, whom I've had great interactions with in the past, finally emerged, he simply collected the fallen debris. Even after explaining to him, what happened and suggesting to put a sign so others don't sit in that area, he did nothing. To make matters worse, the owner, Armen, outright refused to file an incident report, denied me any information, and offered no solution. This complete disregard for customer safety and basic decency is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. read more
