When I politely asked him to move it, he first was sarcastic, then disrespectful, rude and finally verbally abusive. The tractor left tire tracks on my lawn which I had to repair myself. Additionally, this is a very narrow street with parking permitted only on one side. Of course, he was parked on the no-parking side and so far out into the street that he was virtually blocking traffic. I cannot imagine how any company like this can possibly have been in business as long as their web site claims. If you are considering using this company, I would strongly urge you to reconsider.

They actually left us a big box full of manuals and instructions, so the info. might be somewhere in there. God works in mysterious ways... I really needed an irrigation specialist to teach me how to use the system and, most importantly, to Winterize the system when the time comes. Pedro wrote my name and all contact info for me to become a new customer. He also walked me through the whole setup of the system and found one leaking pipe, which he immediately fixed. I have never owned a house with an irrigation system so I truly appreciate Pedro's professionalism and knowledge about the system, besides being a very friendly person who did not seemed rushed to get out of here to another job. I sent the company an email so that we can continue to receive uninterrupted service. I will update this review if needed but so far, so good!

I reached Mike, and he was able to get out there on an emergency basis despite the late hour. It turned out that one water heater had failed. He was able to replace it that very night. It was a difficult operation as they had to work from a neighbors yard and aces the trees by reaching over the neighbors house, power lines etc. Mike took care to protect the property and work with the neighbor, who was difficult. His crew brought in a 110 ton crane with a 140 foot reach. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. The job was finished in less than half the time of other estimates and at just over half the cost of other companies. Before leaving, they cleaned up the entire site to the point that you would never know they were there. I highly recommend Mike and his crew.
