I used to live in Wylie. WHAT HAPPENED? This place was amazing a few years ago. Fast forward to today, the grass is overgrown, the price signs are laying on their sides against the building, the guy greeting me is rushing me through the sale, the credit card machine (outside) doesn't work so they had to process my purchase in the office, I have to point out spots that they missed while drying my car!!!! Mind you I paid $25 for a "good wash" with the extras. Very disappointing. Save your time and money. There are far better places to go for a decent car wash. read more

Never coming back. They've been great until today when the gentleman said "corporate" is requiring them to dismantle my truck (remove antenna), otherwise i would not be allowed to enter the wash. I live in the neighborhood, and have a monthly membership because is convenient and reasonable pricing. Recently I encounter one of their employees, his name was Philip. Due to the pandemic, they were short staff. While I was there, he was assisting me getting a new monthly membership tag, the cars in the rail as well as assist an unhappy gentleman, who was not satisfied with his previous drive thru automatic wash. A week of rain can be hard to take off in one "drive through wash." Nevertheless, Mr. Phillip's response was" oh hey no problem, bring it back and we will wash it again" which a smile on his face. The policy of warranty and the great costumer service is worth the drive through again after a rainy week. read more

I have had a membership for over a year and they always have had issues with getting the equipment, such as air guns, towels, cleaning solution and etc., out for customers use. But today, the "lone employee" prohibited me from getting the air gun out of the opened store room for use and stated he was by himself and didn't have time to get all the equipment out for use. I suggested he get to work earlier to accommodate the customers. He became very upset and combative, and very aggressive, no customer service skills at all, and encouraged me to cancel my membership and wanted by name so he could cancel it immediate himself. I will never use or recommend this car wash company. read more

This is my favorite car wash. It's affordable and the car wash is always working and does an excellent job of giving your car a bath. I drive from rockwall to use. I especially love the air hose next to vacuums because it gets all the dirt from places the vacuum won't fit. But the main reason i come is the customer service. The staff is always very helpful. Pulled up to use the machine and some small guy appears out of nowhere wanting to process my order, why have a machine if you're just gonna have some rude man greet customers? Ask for a basic wash, he asks if I want tires and underneath cleaned I reply no. He repeatedly asks if I'm sure, uh yeah I'm sure you're not changing my mind. He says "fine" and rudely snatches my credit card away from and walk over to a different machine to process my card. Now he's irritated that I don't want the more expensive wash?!?! Then he yells "hello, hello" and waves me to move up to where he is at like I'm some sort of idiot for not automatically following him. This man was rude, condescending and it's no wonder the place wasn't busy. I will never return to a place that isn't grateful to customers. Without us you won't survive. I go to Posh car wash most if the time and they are super nice to me whether I buy the $20 wash or $5 wash. That's what brings me back. The only reason I went to this car wash, I was in the area but I will drive out of my way to avoid this place. They should utilize the use if that machine, it's friendlier than that man read more

Stay away from this place. Poor service! 1) they have a sign outside the wash building that reads- they are not responsible for damage to your car, or anything that is stolen from you car. However, you don't see it until after you've paid. 2) The full service helper who cleans your car speaks very little English and has a poor attitude. After being skipped twice, I decided to take my business else where. The non-English speaking guy refused to tell me who his boss was for a refund. Finally, I found who was in charge and he told me the guy was the only one working. Not sure why that's my fault? The managers attitude was even worse when I asked for my refund. I did my part, I prepaid for the service. If you don't fullfill it then, no prob, I'll go somewhere else. They act as they are the only car wash in town. I guess the saying is true... you get what you pay for. I'll spend a few more dollars and either do it myself or pay at the new full-service wash on 544 across from the new Walmart in Murphy. read more

Surprising. They have made some significant improvements. The pre wash is now much more intensive and the service has greatly improved. I used to travel much farther for what i thought was a better wash but if this service continues i will definitely be returning here! read more

This car wash is amazing. I had a minor issue with my monthly "unlimited wash club" sticker and the manager Dave Torres resolved the issue immediately. Dave and Zach are friendly and always there to answer my questions. The vacuum & compressed air setup is awesome. I highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

I have watched how this car wash was great in the beginning, then went the other direction a while over the last few years. I assume they were bought and improved as i gave it another shot recently and they've been great every time. The machines work now and the personnel are great. Certainly improved over a year or so ago. They'll be my go to car wash as long as this level of quality remains. read more

Ownership I believe has changed but nothing's better! I agree with Debbie 100%! I can't believe I'm reviewing how bad the service is at a car wash, but I am because it was THAT BAD. They have hired some sketchy employees and once again makes ya wonder about the management then. Vacuums are the poorest in Wylie, car is never really cleaned, leaves a film. I paid $12 for a car wash and notice some scratches on my hood and a piece of plastic ripped from my side mirror. I called them and left several messages. After talking to someone they said they are not responsible for any damages. I could take them to small claims court but due to the disclaimer I might lose the case. Don't come here. You will leave with a soapy, scratched, or ripped car. It makes me angry because I have a 2017 and now it's ruined. I'll probably see if I can buff out the scratches and replace the plastic on my side mirror. If you are the owner and reading this, I hope you go out of business. read more

So many options to get your car washed in the area and this would be my last. Let's start with the poor management of the facility. Often businesses lose customers with who they hire. It starts from the top and trickles down. And this is the case at this car wash. I stopped in here today to give the place a try and they did a good job. Nothing is as good as a hand wash, but this was solid. I paid ten bucks for a wash, hand dry and tire shine. They use two guys to pre-wash your car, before running it through the auto wash... It's worth trying out if you are in the area. Let me know what you think.... read more

This place is horrible! I went through the car wash on 7/31/19. There was no damage to my back bumper and the bumper was not lose when I went in. I did not even make it past the first brush when it ripped off my back bumper. Watched the video with the manager and he agreed that he seen no damage. They are now refusing to pay for the damage their car wash caused!!!!! read more

I've a lot of mediocre-at-best washes here. Keep coming back purely due to its convenient location. I will say, however, that the guy who just pre-washed the car for me put in the most effort I've ever seen on the dead bugs and bird crap. Worse car wash in my life, soap still all over the car when finished. Granted, I got the $5.00 wash but when you pay for a car wash you expect the soap to be off the car, it was everywhere. When I asked for the manager all they could say was wash and go, wash and go. Well I'm not going with soap all over the car and didn't think running through again would help. I always wipe down my car before I leave and use the vacuum with no issues but today all they were wanted was for me to leave. When I asked for my money back, they refused and then I asked for the owners number which the person in-charge said everything I needed was on receipt. Well no number on receipt, no email address, etc. When you call the number listed in Google it goes to a fax machine so no way to contact them. I told them again I wanted my money back which I assumed they weren't going to give me because they both disappeared. I was vacuuming the front passenger side when the in-charge person came up, said take my money and put his vacuum down. No problem, got my money back and told him I'd spread the word about their NOT SO GREAT SERVICE. read more

Beware this car wash does not take responsibility for damage it causes in their car wash. They deny that their equipment caused the damage and try to blame another individual in the pickup in front of me, only when the police is called do they admit that their tracks were not functioning properly. Even then they hide behind their corporate disclaimer that they are not responsible for damage. The metal front bumper on my pickup is now ruined due to their faulty equipment lunging my pickup into a pickup in front of mine. I am a long time resident of Wylie and WAS a regular customer at Water Works Auto Spa but I will never do business there or any other Water Works Auto Spa. Drove back to location because the phone number is a Fax Line. After two weeks of protesting I finally got a refund. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they did a good job. But worst customer service! They were busy when I pulled in, I paid for full service so I could have my car detailed on the inside. When I was done with the car wash I pulled over to the service side and waited to be directed to where they wanted me. A young man approached my car and asked for my receipt, I handed it to him and he slapped his hand on his leg and dos a big sigh and told me to just pull in there. So I did, I felt upset bc I was of inconvenience to him I guess. I was gonna let that shake off and let it go. Finally he got to my car, I was actually hoping the other guy would get it because he was nicer, I watched him clean my car. Here's where I got very mad, he for real opened my back door of the car and put his hands on his hips and shook his head. Like cleaning my car is suck and inconvenience for him to do it. Yes my car needed much vacuuming! That's why I brought it in! I am outdoors running and playing sports most weekends. Also I am a full time student and full time worker. When I saw him shake his head I got so mad. Finally the other guy took over and the other on disappeared. I'm sorry if you were having a rough day, but don't take it out on your customers.
