This business has failed to stop charging me since August 2022, despite my going INTO the office to inform them to stop the monthly "membership" fee as I was moving 2 hours away. They now owe me 3 years worth of fraudulent charges = $827.64!! My husband has called and talked to them multiple times but they continue to charge me. My only recourse according to my CC company is to cancel my card, which will be a total pain in my arse and still does not recover the money due me. This must be a front for money laundering. I have been a member of this wash for quite some time and just recently started to go to this location. A few days ago I filled out a report due to a scratch on my back windshield I thought was from the wash. Once I was shown the cameras proving it was scratched prior to the wash ( I was also informed that my car is not new enough to be covered due to it being a 2010 ) I dropped the situation and thanked the area director for checking it out for me. The issue is after the fact. The next time I come into the wash the GM Zack Hetsel decides to YELL and point out little nicks and scratches on my car so I could hear him from inside of the car. I was NOT offered any type of receipt and I saw the gentleman access my account on the computer and assumed all was well. On February 24, 2023, my CC was charged $29.95 for another full month of service. I printed a copy of my credit card charge, took it the office and the man working said they would fix the error but it would be the manager who would take care of it after 11 a.m. After two days of hearing nothing, I went back by and was told flatly that there was nothing they could do since I did not have a receipt for the cancellation! I was not offered any such thing. The manager was concerned how a refund would look on his records, much more than his company's reputation. After 4 contacts with the corporate office (zero response), I am out $29.95 for nothing...so, Whitewater stole my money from my credit card willfully. I am left with no recourse but to put the facts out there and report them to the BBB...! Hopefully that will catch management's attention. Just canceled my membership of over 2 years. Whoever was working the wash brush, guiding you into the actual car wash at aprox. 10:45am on 07-27-24 was absolutely the worst. Waving her hands at me and being extra rude because I'm not pulling up fast enough. Shouting things at me like I can't hear her through the window. I've had two autos enrolled in the monthly wash program. No complaints and the cars are clean enough. But the last couple of months the vacuums are not working properly. Only 20% at most and will not lift dirt. And the towels are smelling sour so you hand and inside of the car smell like a scholl gym locker when you are done. Sometimes they have grease on them and you have to watch out for that! The tires were good but the best was the FREE vacuums and air hose. My car was beyond dirty due to dogs, sand, hair dirt/mud. I got it all clean with the use of their towels and tools. Took my truck to whitewater hoping to get a good wash since it's closer to my house, (i usually go to wash masters). I paid for the $15 wash to get my wheels cleaned. I went through the car wash & it barely dispenses any soap. The dryers didn't hardly dey my truck. There were still bugs on my window and grill that didn't get removed. I had mud all in my wheel wells still that dropped all over my tires and rims. The vaccums didn't work worth a crap. I litterally wasted 2 hours of my day and $15 of my money trying to get my truck clean. We had the standard membership for almost two years. The car wash was alright, but the vacuums never worked when we went. This wash has the most up to date bay I know of in the area. It does a good job and is gentle enough for my black car, compared to Docs which is terribly harsh and old. The only negative (-1 star) is the vacuums were kinda worthless last time I tried so don't bother. Pictured is the $13 "Wheel Deal". To the review stating that it didn't clean the caked on bird crap, you need to clean the caked on crap off your car first unless they want to rip the clear coat off your car every time you go through a wash. If I could give this car wash a minus I would. After my spoiler was ripped off of my car. I filled out the paper work and waited the 24/48 hours for someone to contact me. They never did. I went up there five days after the fact. The manager was not in and when I called him he said, well I've been busy. I guess that's correct because they had a whole stack of claims they were looking through to find mine. Since a manager was not on site I was told, well it's really not our problem. This was such a great experience! The young lady that was running the wash was very helpful and knowledgeable! From making sure I selected the free add-on's for my wash to hand buffing the leftover debris on my hood, she went above and beyond to take my experience to the next level. The wash was quick, but very effective! My favorite part was the dryer; there is the awesome contraption that goes from the front bumper up the good, over the roof, down the sides, and down the back hatch for a very detailed dry. I had very little hand drying left to do. They have a ton of parking spaces with vacuums on each side so that you don't have to be a contortionist to vacuum the opposite side of the car. The mat cleaner shampoos and dries the mats with great ease. It's free with their top wash! Join the loyalty program; it's totally worth it! Ever since this car wash "upgraded" their equipment, the quality of the wash has gone from the best to the worst. This used to be my go-to place but the last two times I visited my truck did not get very clean, not as dry as it used to come out, and the rinse on the vehicle is almost nonexistent. The dryer removes more soap than the rinse. The guy that was vacuuming his car next to me noticed this as well. This is not good for the finish on any car. I contacted the owners about it after my last visit and they said it was a water pressure issue that had been fixed. Not so in my case. There is one short waterfall for rinsing and it's not enough. I appreciate everyone trying to save water but I can't continue to pay $10 for a service I'm not happy with. read more
