This is definitely a spot of convenience. I have a membership so it's very convenient for me to pull in whenever I'm in the area and the spot it's located at is on route to all my stops including coming home from work. I'm happy that all the services in the car wash tunnel are working. I've never used the dog wash part. My Dog Charlie is bougie and prefers going to the groomer. The value of having a membership is great because you can come in as many times as you want. I come in at least once a week. read more

This place has a terrible and disappointing car wash. The people working there only brushed one side of my car before it entered the wash. By one side, maybe one window. My car came out dirty even though I chose the premium wash. I won't go back for the car wash, but the dog washing stations are awesome! Very convenient to clean up a dirty dog and pricing isn't bad at all. read more

If you need help the employees are very rude and treat you like you are a bother. For 20 dollars you get a subpar wash, you will find yourself doing a lot of extra work to make it look right. Not worth the money. Will leave a lot of dirty spots on vehicle. read more

For one I didn't get the wash I paid for. Paid $20 and got the basic. Probably on purpose. The employees that are waiting before the wash are lazy. They just spray something on your vehicle before you start and are too lazy to scrub it. Came out having to scrub my vehicle after the wash. Still had dirt on my vehicle. Owner needs to clean house. I can no longer recommend this car wash. I have always loved going here but not anymore. The car wash belt that guides the cars through the car wash blew out one of my tires. I filed a report but no one will call me back, and I have left messages. But not one call back. So I would not ever recommend this car wash. I think they need to be put out of business if this how they treat loyal customers!! Never ever go there!!! read more

It's been two weeks and two emails since the worst car... slap? It wasn't a wash, that's for sure. My semi-dirty car somehow ended up looking rather zebra striped. In my driveway, soapy water was dripping past actual dirt. I wiped it down with water and paper towels to even out the (now striped) grime. When I was recounting the story, my partner looked at my car and exclaimed it really was terrible. And that was AFTER improvements! I emailed them first because I had previously loved it here, but nope. No response. I've never regretted not being a "Karen" until now. Stay away! Not only has the quality absolutely fallen through the floor, but they don't give a single care about service either. read more

Came here at the recommendation of my mother after realizing there was a dog wash here as well as a car wash. I don't really like carwashes too much where you have to vacuum yourself, but after being amazed with the dog wash and seeing how cool the car wash itself looked I was convinced to buy one. I like how they have the room section off an air condition the fact they have aprons for you to wear in the machine itself is amazing. The shampoo and conditioner made my dogs coat feel silky smooth and she stay calm through everything besides blow dryer. They have treats there as well as shelves to put your stuff on they literally thought about everything. The car wash itself has some amazing Clublake lights that make for a pretty cool evening event, and they're pricing is great. We'll be back! read more

We have tried this car wash twice now (gift card for xmas) and both times have been extremely disappointed in the car wash. My wife's Jeep was not washed on front, back and lower sides. No pre wash and even though we asked them to do the bugs on the front, workers were not paying attention, playing on their phones. No tire wash even though we paid for it. We brought it to the managers attention, he was super nice and ran it though again and it was the same. We will not try again, there are many others in the area. We normally do not leave bad reviews, this is the exception. read more

Been going for a while and i forget to check the back as 100% of the time their manual brush and the carwash don't get the dirt off the back. Happened again but i caught it and had to go in their office to let them know. They said i could run through again and that there had several complaints that day. The supervisor forgot to let me through the gate so we sat their backing up customers behind me. I had to call on my phone since their menu help does not work. Watched the suv in front of me get a poor scrubbing, still the supervisor did not come out of his office. Manual Washers were more interested on their cell phones. I got out and scrubbed the suv in front of me myself and then hoped i would get a better scrub! read more

It's one of the worst car washes ever. The guys do a crappy job they dont spray your car before you go thur the car wash they rather play on their phone ! Also, I got the marvelous wash, and the tire shine did not work, and the water did not work, so my car is soapy. I will never return to this car wash. The manager needs to do better. read more

Purchased the $12 wash. Noticed, as my vehicle passed through the tunnel, that there isn't a lot of soap going on my truck. Looks like just a splash of soap and a lot of water. I navigated my truck i to the narrow vacuum bays to dry off the truck, the dryers here are not that great. As I was drying off my truck I noticed I didn't get any tire dressing, on my tires, even though I purchased the package that had it. I talked with the manager about it. He just wanted to have me go back through the wash again. Ummm, no thanks. I do not want another chance to scratch my truck by doing that. The manager said that is all he would do for me. No refund or discount, just another crappy wash is all he had to offer. Again, No Thank You. I will not go to this car wash again read more

This place is great. I have a monthly membership thing The people are very helpful. They always guide me so I don't tear up my custom rims pulling in They will even pressure wash your floor mats while you vacuum and wipe down your vehicle. read more

This car wash has great potential however for being a car wash it is highly ineffective. The car wash and it does not matter the level of service simply does not result in a clean and dry vehicle. Glad they have an unlimited option- as I have to normally run my vehicle through 2-3 times to get it clean- and then I have to basically hand dry it as the blowers leave so much water. They need people scrubbing before the wash- and people doing a quick wipe down as it exits. They currently have a pre wash operation but they use a sponge type on pole. The sponge does not get any thing off-and in my opinion is pointless. The major positive for this location is the vaccum. The vaccum section once you can get into the narrow spots is great. They have great suction, and they also have duster/blower nozzles to blow out vents and cup holders. Lol however I use them also to blow off some of the left over water from the was. Suggestions- 1. Add better prewash 2. Add or fix dryers 3. Offer some detail services 4. Invest in a Matt washer 5. Actually look at the vehicles coming out of and the amount of bugs, dirt, and water left on vehicles so you can address with the company you purchased equipment from. read more

I was in area visiting my mom and thought I'd try this out. What a regret..... my car still had dirt and pollen on it. I understand that with the basic wash you don't get all the fancy soaps and waxes but I still expect to not have pollen spots and bug guts on my car after a wash. I also get that my car won't get completely dried but Their dryers leave so much water on your car and windshield. I have never had a car wash place do such a terrible job. I washed my car last weekend and it didn't get dirty until yesterday pollen wind, there no reason as to why soap and water wouldn't have gotten it clean. I went through a few days ago and it was quick getting through the line. The water jets felt strong and there was plenty of nice smelling soap. I feel like everything that came in the $12 wash was worth it and the shine has held up well, even though I have to dock a star because it didn't get all of the bugs off of my windshield. I've been to plenty of car wash spots. This has been my favorite thus far. Everything is done with excellence.

Bought the membership. Rinse is poor and leaves spots every time. Then on my 3rd trip in I drove off only to hear a loud thumping noise from the right front tire. Pulled back in to find part of a brush from the carwash had come off in my wheel and was beating the heck out of my fender. Quick wash turned into find the manager, fill out forms etc... read more

One kid was more interested in his phone than brushing down the car and the other kid barely brushed the passenger side. The back of the car hardly got touched even by the rollers. Would rate a 1 star but at least some if the dirt was washed away. read more

I went to get my car washed during my lunch hour. I purchased the $12 package. My truck came out really clean. I've purchased similar packages at other washes and did not clean as well. I did have a slight hiccup with the pay station. The card reader didn't read my card. But, it may have been a user error. Overall, it was quick and clean. I still had plenty of time to grab a quick bite before my lunch hour ended. Keep up the great work! read more

I selected the $16 premium car wash but my car didn't come as clean and they didnt do anything special compared to $8 wash. Disappointed!

Slowest car wash around. You will sit in line 30+ minutes for an over priced auto-wash.

Every time I go there, I end up with white spots (probably from hard water) all over the body and the windows, side view mirrors. I know they say they have spotless rinse, couldn't prove it to me. I drive a 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport, less than 3600 miles, so it's not like I a drive a junker. The truck is kept in the garage when I'm at home which is most of the time. Has been polished a number of times since December 2021. So the issue has to be with the car wash. $12 wash. read more

Just got back from Marvel Carwash in Sachse TX. First and last time here at this carwash!! I have an SUV and the tail gate was not clean! My tires and rims were not cleaned very good. Highly ineffective carwash!! Plus I paid for the best carwash!! The employee are to busy standing around talking to each other to care about the customers. I tried Marvel for the second time today and both times I have been disappointed. After my wash today I had to come home and hand wash my car because the wash at Marvel DID NOT clean my car! I had bugs on my grill because the guys barely cleaned it. I had dirt still on the emblem on the back of my car. Save your money, the wash in Wylie on 544 is WAY BETTER. read more

I've been to several car washes and this place was great! The dog wash made it even better. I bathed my 100lb rottie and my Frenchie and they both left smelling like a million bucks. The other reviews about the car dryer not working well is accurate. My tundra still had lots of water on it but they provide free towels to dry your vehicle off so that helps. The other places I've been still leave water AND don't provide towels OR an air blower to make sure there are no streaks. All in all, I left with a cleaner truck from here than any other place I've been. I'm extremely happy and recommend the $12 package as I've not tried any others. read more

I Have been a wash club member since the week they opened but now I will be canceling. Have been to the car wash 3 times in last 2 weeks and every time several of the brushes aren't working/spinning. Today 4/27 the left lower body brush and the right large brush not working. Last time it was both big brushes on the right. Only cleaned half the car and left all the bugs and dirty where brushes not working. Yet they are still open, running cars through as fast as they can. If half the wash isn't working they need to close for repairs or give people half off the cost or at least warn people that the car won't be clean. When this place opened it was super and they took care of the place but now they just don't seem to care. The guys that guide you in used to do a good job of cleaning the front and back with brushes, now they stand around chatting and barely swipe at your car. There seems to be no owner or manager around, just young men not really interested in customer care. read more

Yesterday was my first time at Marvel and I loved the car wash! The staff met me right at the entrance and helped me through the process! The air pressure hose to get everything out of those deep crevices is an awesome idea! The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is that the exterior of my car didn't get clean as much as it should have. There was a few spots of dirt and bird poop left on my car, maybe they should add a person to prescrub the car before it enters the wash instead of just spraying it down prior to the wash. read more
