Diagnosed the problem was likely in the control box, but to get into it, he had to chisel around the house stucco to be able to open the box to confirm the diagnosis. It was like watching a skilled surgeon at work--very careful and exacting. Very little mess, no cracking. BINGO. His diagnosis was right and he had the correct replacement on the truck!! Installed it and out the door in less than an hour and at a very fair price. Whew. The original owner drilled a well for my parents about 45 years ago and it has served my family well. I did have to replace the pump about 10 years ago and then I lost a bladder in October of 2024. Over the 4th of July weekend the water started spitting out the faucet and things got a little cloudy. It completely shut off while my son was watering the garden. I found the Contact Us on their website and filled it out on Sunday. On Monday morning I received a phone call from the company and was told they would put me on the list. Christian was in the neighborhood and came by to check this morning. Wow! They hadn't even called yet. He checked out the pump and pulled the cover off the well. He was going to leave the pump off and said they would be by sometime next week, and when I said something about drinking bottled water till then. He went straight to the truck and called the office. Apparently, it makes a difference when the water is for your home because there was a truck here within 30 minutes pulling the pipe out of the ground. Having worked service for many years I can relate to priorities and convenience. I wouldn't even think of calling anyone but Rodgers. Thanks so much for the great service and concern for people.
