I complained and they dropped to $255 but still not upfront in my eyes. They said the $255 was the price had it not been after hours. intitially I asked how much to come out and take a look. Was told $145 since it was after hours which is fair. Then the bill was over $300 for 5 mins of work. No parts were replaced or anything just a flipped switch. most companies that simple of a thing would have been included in the $145 service charge. If they would have spent half an hour putting a new valve on or something the 1hour labor charge would have been justifiably. They are nice on the phone and nice when they show up but when it comes to the bill I hope people can learn from this.

They did a good job and the carpet was dry after a couple of days. The reason I gave the company a 1 star is the cost for their services; it was over $4,000! This was for less than 3 hours of total time in the house and the renting of the equipment from Saturday morning to Monday morning. My impression after interacting with the company, is they will design their bill based on how much they think you can pay. We own a big house in an expensive neighborhood and they charged accordingly. So be careful when you use this company and get a quote before they start the work.
