We had a leak in our shower that was impacting our neighbors downstairs. We had multiple contractors and plumbers checking the issue and no one could find the source of the problem. Wayne, on the other hand, did numerous tests, was patient, and very diligent until he found the source of the problem. Wayne and his team fixed our shower and also the ceiling of our neighbor downstairs. They were reliable, took pride in doing a great job and warrantying the quality of their work. Wayne was also very detailed oriented, patient, and made sure things were done the right way. We had difficulty finding the right replacement tiles and he was patient with us until we found the right solution. He was honest and trustworthy. We found Wayne and his crew from online reviews. I own two properties and have gone through multiple gut renovations. Wayne and his team were pretty amazing. They helped do major work on a 1 bedroom loft we have and did it within a reasonable budget. They gutted the kitchen, pulled out walls, tile, painted, redid a closet, installed new ceiling and recessed lights. There were a few issues that came up and went over budget but they were reasonable and Wayne helped keep things moving along quickly. We actually rented the space and then a water heater broke and leaked all over the new construction. We contacted Wayne and he immediately helped us out with the water remediation and insurance billing issues. He worked quickly and upgrading to a tankless unit, tiling the utility closet, replacing all the hardwood floor, damaged Sheetrock, insulation etc. They did an amazing job. This project went slightly over budget and estimated completion but I would definitely use Wayne and his team again. They are very professional and as a contractor he was very easy to meet with and he answered anytime I called. My only suggestion for my next project would be to make sure all details are finalized beforehand and no change orders/extra costs are performed without clear prior approval. Wayne and his team did a good job with my bathroom renovation. The most important thing to me about a contractor is honesty and reliability. And, of course, ability to do the job! And, Wayne is honest and reliable and I am pleased with the renovation. His team were all very nice and respectful. The only negative is it took longer than I expected. I think the fact that I have only 1 bathroom, made expediency very important to me. However, have patience and if you only have 1 bathroom, you should make alternate plans so you give them the time they need to do a good job! read more
