Disclaimer: I did not hire them to assemble my storage shed, so this review is based on their quote…read moreand not from in-person interaction. He quoted me $1000 to put it together. (!) This is a 4' X 8' simple shed, vinyl, and I have the pavers and the plywood for the foundation. The manufacturer estimates a 2 to 4 hour job. So $1000 would be a $500-$250 an hour charge! Hoo wee! I spent $900 on all the materials. Others quoted $250-$400 to do the job. Sorry, I can't recommend their handyman services. So take this review as if I went to a store, found that they were charging $16 for a gallon of milk. I didn't buy the milk, but I certainly cannot recommend buying that store's milk. And if you would read the owner's comments to the 1 and 2 star reviews including this one, the tone of his voice is telling. When a business receives a bad rating or review or a customer complaint, it is a great opportunity to make good and create immense good will, not only with the customer in question, but for anyone reading the review and how it was handled. More business owners would do well to learn this lesson. ***UPDATE So the owner then sends me a personal message to further berate me. This is unprofessional and childish behavior. I hardly write any 1 star reviews, but when a business owner is unprofessional, immature, and way overpriced, it leaves me no choice. Be cautious about hiring him. Do your homework and get other quotes. ***UPDATE (AGAIN) He changed his reply to this review from the negative one he originally posted. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

My water softener sprung a leak and water went all over the garage floor and into the laundry room,…read morewhich was just on the other side of the wall from the softener. I called a plumber and was referred to Rx2 Restoration. They sent someone out to evaluate the situation the next day. No having gone through a problem like this before, I had no idea what was involved. They explained everything. Their 'mitigation' dept., or as I like to call them, the demolition team, got started right away. Once they removed the debris and damaged dry wall, they set up big industrial fans. Their 2 techs, Octavio and Jairo, did all that and then came back every day for 3 days until the 2x4's and surrounding area was completely dry. Man it was noisy but it worked! They had a de-humidifier going to pull the moisture out of the air that the fans were putting out. I was stunned to find out that over the course of 2 days the dehumidifier filled a 5 gallon bucket with water! Plus they had a huge air filter running when the fans were running, to trap all the dust and junk the fans were stirring up! I was very impressed! Then Rubin, the Restoration Mgr, came out with his tech for the reconstruction, Jesus. Jesus finished in one day. Installing drywall, texturing and painting the laundry room wall. They had taken pictures of everything as they went along and when Jesus was done in the laundry room, he even put all my laundry supplies back on the shelf exactly where I had them! Excellent work, extremely well organized company, all the techs were very professional and cleaned up after their work was done and were very respectful of my home. Couldn't ask for a better job!

Update to my original review. On August 27, the towel bar in my bathroom unexpectedly detached…read more Upon attempting to reattach it, it was discovered that the screws had been screwed into a hollow opening of the wall filled with a paper/cardboard material--rather than being properly secured. This concealed issue would not have been visible had the towel bar not fallen. As of 8/28/2025, the cardboard was removed by the owner, Roy who proceeded to explain "it was a quick fix," and the bar was affixed to satisfaction, however the method used to install it to begin with is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of other completed work in my home. While I appreciate this being cared for, I was also asked to remove my review from BBB however, in good conscience, I wanted to document and share my experience in hopes of saving someone else from the same outcome.
