After meeting with four companies we decided to go forward with clean valley water and we were glad we did. They were extremely polite and professional. About 2 weeks after our install we noticed a small leak on the system, we called and there office staff was sweet and walked me through to check the unit. They said they could have someone rush over same day in the evening or next day am. I explained the am was fine, they were here the next day and fixed it fast and even offered to walk me through with system management. I was pleased with the professionalism and speed with everyone from the sales rep, office staff and their technician. If you're looking for a great company I did a lot of homework and I am very satisfied and pleased.

I was told they'd be back soon to test the quality of my water. 3 years later and nobody has tested our water, they won't answer emails, and we're still getting rings around our toilet bowls and grime/mineral deposits in our showers. Add on the fact that since I financed this, they turned around and sold my loan to a credit union that shortly thereafter opened an account in my name without my consent.
