I moved away from this place 2 years ago after living there for 2 years! I had a American bully who…read morewas a certified EMS dog, with valid papers and ID proof that she legally can stay with us for no pet charge fee! This place "ended their relationship" with us and made sure not to say why, when we know it was only because of our dog! Mind you, I've seen huskies and American Akitas living in the neighborhood as well! The only damage that we left was ripped carpet by the laundry room door and could've wiped the counters down better! We also left a small couch because we could not get it back down the stairs. They proceeded to charge us a ridiculous amount of $7,000 into collections for the "damage" without any pictures of proof! Do not move here!

We had issues with our water heater the first weekend/ Friday here and they were out within 20 mins of our emergency call and brought us a new water heater on that Monday morning. Kitty, in management, even gave us a gift card for our inconvenience. I feel so safe and secure here. I am truly shocked at how quiet the neighborhood is. I have yet to have a single complaint about the place. A very different experience than what I've ever been treated at an apartment complex.

I don't feel safe her and every time our cara are broken into I feel creeped out. Whitney the manager reaches out to me via voicemail and said that my opinion spoke of things that should not be on a public Facebook page. I beg to differ. As I'm writing this I am sitting in my doctors office for more anxiety medicine so that I can calm down enough to function. My care is ruin in the inside which is going to cause so much financial hardship on me. The police said they are out here often for similar incidents. There needs to a change. And what if I walk outside and the person that is vandalized my property hurts me. We no long want to live here. Also when we moved her they told us we would have an apartment with storage and we now have a closet that is an inconvenience. Maintenance comes in to our apartment to shut be water off to the building and we can't utilize that space. Also we pay 2.00 a month for pest control but never get pest control. Even after we call for pest control.

Apparently they actually (finally) read the form. Without notice the landlord dod refund my deposit. NOTE EVERYTHING ON THE CHECK IN FORM. KEEP A COPY OF THE FORM AND TURN IN THEIR COPY IN A TIMELY MANNER. Based on this situation, assume they WILL try to keep your deposit and charge you more

I have been happy with Barb and the office staff since I moved in. And the updates are going to be marvelous when finished. During the summer the pool has been a great cool down spot. Each of the apartments have a pond view and a very colorful fountain. I honestly do not want to reside in a community that does not care about their tenants Thus far I only have good things to say about living here. I am a very particular person and I have had a few issues that were addressed within 48 hours. I am hoping to stay here for awhile. That being said the office staff is always helpful. My apartment is clean, and I have updated fixtures. I came from a community where I was paying $400 more a month that did not provide half of the amenities that I have here Remember, we cannot control others and you cannot expect the landlord to try to control people. Marijuana is legal. You are going to smell it just like cigarette smoke As far as people picking up after their dog. That is not the complex fault if people don't follow the rules If we all sweep outside our door once a week, the hallway will stay halfway decent until the monthly cleaning crew arrives Let's help each other to continue to have a safe and fun community

It started off on a Wednesday morning…read morewith my bathrooms having problems I called management and the management leader whose name is Cathy put in a work order to get the problem solved. I was then notified by the maintenance team who is Robert and Michael they came to the apartment and yes they got the job done. I was so happy with their success and. The icing on the cake was the team leader checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly the maintenance guys were helpful in every way they left the bathroom decent and in order. I think that we have a great management team leader and a great maintenance team. Go Belleville point.
