Okay. I have only been here for one month. It is disheartening to hear the individuals who had a bad experience with Trilogy apartments. I honestly do not want to reside in a community that does not care about their tenants Thus far I only have good things to say about living here. I am a very particular person and I have had a few issues that were addressed within 48 hours. I am hoping to stay here for awhile. That being said the office staff is always helpful. My apartment is clean, and I have updated fixtures. I came from a community where I was paying $400 more a month that did not provide half of the amenities that I have here Remember, we cannot control others and you cannot expect the landlord to try to control people. Marijuana is legal. You are going to smell it just like cigarette smoke As far as people picking up after their dog. That is not the complex fault if people don't follow the rules If we all sweep outside our door once a week, the hallway will stay halfway decent until the monthly cleaning crew arrives Let's help each other to continue to have a safe and fun community read more

UPDATE***7/29/2022 This place is a scam full of liars as leasing staff that will waste your time, money and cost you your peace of mind with how rude and dismissive they are. DO NOT LEASE HERE. I will be contacting Beztak to fille a formal complaint. I dont want anything but for the public to know how actually awful this place is ran. After never receiving a follow up call once again, I called the next morning (Thursday 7/28/22) to get a status on my application. This time I'm told that they were waiting for me to send in my 3 most recent bank statements and the ledgers from my current and previous apartment complexes, for proof of residency--and they were still waiting on my partner's proof of income somehow. At that point I wanted to speak to a manager so I was directed over to Lashaun, a leasing manager. She explains that they do not do verbal verification of employment, even though Drew said otherwise. While my partner, and myself attempted to explain what our grievances were with the way business and our application was being handled we were consistently interrupted by Lashaun who simply disregarded our main point which was : why did WE have to keep calling in order to get any updates on our application?? We provided them all of the info they requested just for Lashaun to tell us that the unit we had toured and placed on hold, was no longer available due to the current tenant pushing back their move out date. Lashuan informed us that they had another unit available on the same day we needed and proceeded to make us a 9am virtual tour appointment for the next morning. Today - Friday I end up calling at 9:30a when I don't receive a call- I ask if I was confused about the 9am appt she had set and Lashaun said no I was correct, but they were processing the info that they requested and we had sent yesterday, only this morning for some reason, and found that we do not "meet their criteria". After 5 days of chaos, misinformation, the worst professional communication I've ever experienced, wasted time and missed opportunities to sign at other properties oh and not to mention the $150 application/admin fee......they denied our application. I hung up initially out of frustration but my partner called back because he wanted to know exactly what "criteria" did we not meet. Enter, Nicole a property manager. And the rudest person we've spoken to yet. Nicole proceeded to interrupt my partner while he was speaking and rightfully upset. She was extremely dismissive of our frustrations and was also shockingly patronizing. When I asked if we would get the $100 admin fee back at least after how we were treated Nicole responds, "honestly we're just gonna keep going round and round so... we don't do this ever but we're gonna give you the full $150 back." I say thanks you and ask if she could put that statement in writing by emailing me stating that they would be giving us a full refund. Nicole agreed to do so. After 2 hours of receiving no email, I call AGAIN to ask if they could send the email while I was on the phone because I'm understandably skeptical of actually getting a response from them. Nicole jumps on again and states that they will send it today but they are busy doing other things. I stated that I didn't really care about them being busy with other things because sending an email takes 2 min and it could've been done. Of course, in Trilogy Apartment leasing staff fashion, Nicole interrupts me before I even finish that statement to say "you don't have to care and you will get the email today." Cherry on Top? Lashaun pops back in to tell me now that they could not refund the money back to my bank account because I chose to have the fees come out using my routing and account number which it asked for. So I have to wait on a paper check to come in the mail in the 7-10 business days. My current lease is up in 9 days. Thanks Trilogy/Beztac. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint. I will start off by saying the staff is nice. At first it was great to live here and the second renewal of the lease was fine, pricy, but fine. Now I understand rent has to go up due to inflation but $300?!? So I asked if it was possible to move apartments (a smaller one) since they are cheaper a month. Well the answer was yes, however, YOU HAVE TO PAY $1,000 just to move within the apartments. If I couldn't afford an additional $300 a month in what world would I be able to just straight up pay an additional $1,000. I would love to continue my residency but they just made it completely impossible and I'm extremely disappointed. If I'm doing all the moving and stuff why would I pay an additional $1,000 just for a smaller apartment. Money greedy. read more

Worst place I have ever lived. Walls seems to be made of plywood, you can hear everything and feel the vibrations of everyone. If you're lucky, you'll get a crazy neighbor who will call the cops or security on you at random (about every week) for daring to walk around your apartment. Maintenance is so so. It took more than a week for them to fix the leak in our ceiling. Twice. It seems like it is going to leak again. Management doesn't seem to really care. Like the other poster said, the office likes to send out useless emails asking people not to smoke weed or demanding dog crap to be DNA tested or you will be fined. I don't even have a dog but that was not in my lease that I signed!! Several times I've had erroneous charges on my account that took going to the office more than once to fix. I was made to wait 30 minutes for my 2:30pm appointment that I made prior to coming to the apartment. I was told about 10 mintues before 3:00pm that they were at lunch. I arrived at the complex about 2:15 pm and told this lady I had a 2:30 pm appointment, she told me to wait in the lounge (a little on the rude side) and some lady would help me. (forgot the lady name she gave). I spoke to a man about 10 minutes to 1:00pm. The man quoted me a price over $800.00 for a 2 Bedroom End Unit Upper floor apartment. I was very clear as to what my needs were. Needless to say that amount was incorrect per the young lady I spoke to at the complex. Not a good place to live if you would like peace. The management lacks clear communication and doesn't set be set on rules of their lease. All this property is about is money of course. If you have pets or kids that have health problems due to smoking, the management team will blah blah, and nothing is done about a healthy environment. Even if you have proof of anything the reason why you make a complaint , still nothing. You are basically paying them to keep their company going and paying for anything the property wants to get new, in which they say it's for the residents and it's not. Bottom line is management is horrible here, nothing gets addressed they just lie, and they get over on you with the money. Dont be fool by the reviews most of them are done by management that works here. As well as yes the landscaping is beautiful but it's just something to lure you in. I made the biggest mistake to stay here. If you don't want to take my review for it, just live here with your pet or kids. Also for people who smokes weed this would be the best place to live because they don't care, smoke all the weed you want. I have been having issue after issue with living here, and how much you pay in rent you would think that things get done, nope. Especially if you're black, nope nothing for you. These apartments are very overpriced for the amount of effort is put into maintaining the area. The grass gets very long before they decide cut it. Hallways are cleaned maybe once a month. And the dog poop bags (which we pay for monthly) run out and won't get restocked for a week. They claim it's "your home and you can do what you want" but the rules here are ridiculous. read more

Not family friendly!!!!! I have lived here for over 2 years and can't say how many things have gone downhill since we moved in. I have had my key given out to to third party worker (painters,construction) and had people walk into my apartment without ANY notice on 3 different occasions once when I was sleeping before they "fixed"the issue by changing my locks. They replaced the laundry about a year ago and only 1 washer and 1 dryer work. The pool and community center were one of the top reasons we chose trilogy. Well the pool is open about 4 weeks every summer we've been here, the grilling area is always a mess. I am currently 6 months pregnant and being forced to live in an unsafe environment because they allow our neighbor to smoke weed non stop!!! The halls are literally filled with smoke! I have had to spend money out of pocket for a air purifier to get smoke out of my apartment! The community door (main door to building) that was a safety feature we appreciated is ALWAYS broke! My rent has gone up a larger then normal percentage every time we renew our lease while the community and perks have gone down! Just please do yourself a favor and checkout one of the surrounding apartment locations!!! read more

I wasn't even through the walk through to see if I even wanted to move in and I was done. I made an appt and was early so I waited. When my "tour guide" came up to me I reached out to shake his hand and he made it seems like he didn't want to touch me. Which is fine, whatever. When we went out to look at the first building, he walked so far ahead of me I had to run almost. Mind you I already worked a full work day AND was wearing new shoes that we're killing me. He wouldn't walk next to me, always had to be in front of me, which is rude! And we walked through sprinklers just to get to a building. So now we're wet and my shoes are ruined. Mind you, he said no more than five words to me when not showing an apartment. When we got back to the leasing office, he wanted to go over some options, but I just asked for my ID back and left. How rude and inconvenient. Will never recommend anyone here. And all the "perks" aren't worth it, it's like they did the bare minimum to tell you it's available, but it's not even worth it. I have been here for 6 months and have decided to terminate my lease early. The problems started when I moved in and realized that the dishwasher did not work. I struggled for 6 months trying to get it fixed, and it still is not fixed. For the past 2 months I have been going back and forth with an employee by the name of Brianna Williams to get the appliance fixed, having my case opened up again and then forgotten again after someone comes into my apartment to just look at it again to determine that, yes, it is not functional--it has made me so angry to feel that disrespected as a tenant, I cannot even begin to explain it. The office has shown complete incompetence and a lack of regard for its tenants. And yet instead of helping to fix just a simple thing--by the way the dishwasher was found to be not even hooked up when I moved in--I receive a daily barrage of emails raning from topics such as "tenants should try to not smoke pot in the halls", to "we are now DNA testing you're dog's feces", to the extremely important "club rewards points please show us pictures of your furniture to win a prize" or some other nonsense. And literally after 6 months, my dishwasher is still not fixed. Just one simple thing. That is how incompetent and out of touch the staff is--thanks for nothing, Brianna Williams. However if you are enticed by the price tag, and could possibly afford to live somewhere else, I highly suggest it--you get what you pay for. Which is to say it is a dumpy apartment complex next to a barrelling freeway with loud, annoying tenants that enjoy activities such as screaming, and domestic violence, or smoking heavy amounts of pot in the parking lot, walking their pittbull, for instance. First of all let me start off by saying the model home they show is way nicer then the apartments they rent out. And I want to thank Kaylin for everything she's nice and helps out the best way she can! I moved into my apartment and was told it was pet free, my daughter started to break out bad of allergies due to a shit ton of dog hair all over the carpets, come to find out they never knew a dog was in here so we had to move all of our stuff to have our carpets shampooed. Came home that following evening/night to our carpets soaking wet. I had to "try" and open my patio door because I've had it fixed twice already and the handle broke off the patio door doesn't open and shut right, my new patio door is on back order and hasn't been replaced yet it's a waiting game for anything with the staff and maintenance. Oh and the blinds were bent and broken, the front door had a huge gap under it so you can see under the door from the bathroom which I felt unsafe. My daughter doesn't like sleeping in her own room because she says it "stinks" which it smells like weed from whomever above or under us is smoking. The halls smell like weed. The trash outside is always over full and all over the parking lot, there's dog shit on sidewalks because people don't care if others step in it. The stove will turn off if your using more then one burner. The garbage disposal drains into your dishwasher. You pay to flush your damn toilet. Trust me if I knew all of this before hand I wouldn't moved into a place up the street. Before I moved in I read reviews on this apartment complex but wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but no it's been an awful experience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

This has to be the worst apartment complex ever . They built a beautiful front office and pool but the apartment complex is a very unsafe place for anyone and management and maintenance will not respond to you . I moved in October of 17 and after doing all my checks to the apartment , I found the outside main doors broken and also the door to my apartment was loose , so I requested them to fix it . It was never done . I complained about the door 5-7 times to management because even solicitors were coming to our apartment doors! I finally got upset and went to management and tried to reason with them saying I told them I didn't feel safe at all due to the doors to the building and my own apartment door . They finally fixed the door to the building this week BUT STILL NEVER CAME TO FIX MY PERSONAL DOOR . 2 days after the building doors were fixed I came home to my front door kicked in and all my valuables were stolen . When I talked to the people in the front office they seemed very annoyed with the situation and didn't want to deal with it . When I demanded maintenance to come replace my door they acted in a hurry and told me they could only put a metal plate over the part of the door that broke! The door is still loose ! I had them print all the history of my workorder requests to show that I tried for nearly 8 months to get my door fixed and they are negligent . This place is not safe for families or anyone in general and is very overpriced for what you will receive . Go down to Belleville road more you'll find way better places . Zero stars and was a complete waste of 900 a month . The owner should be dissapointed in her maintance staff and the level of security to her residents . DO NOT RENT HERE read more

When I fitst moved in it was quiet. But a few weeks after the family above me has been making too much noise. I tried asking the leasing managers before they switched companies to handle the issue and didn't bother. The new management company didn't bother either when I told them what the issue was. Its af if the family above me never sleeps or something. Also I think yhey night have too many peoplr living with them because I have seen too many people come in and out of that apartment. Anyway, they let their child stay up all night from 11 pm to 5 am making noise with stomping really loud across the floor, screaming, throwing things, etc.. What makes matters worse is that the leasing conpany won't do anything to resolve the issue. I even tried taking it upin myself to write the family above me a note asking them to keep it down late at night. At first they started to then a few days later it went back to being noisy. For the money that you pay for these apartments you might as well rent a house and have some peaceful sleep with no one to live above you. read more
