I drove through for a $20 single Carwash and was somehow signed up for a membership with a reoccurring $45 monthly fee. Once I realized, months later, that I was being robbed on a monthly basis I started calling the customer service line. The line is answered by the same man every time and he seems to always be at home. He told me several times that he'll write down my number and call me back to resolve but of course I never received that return call. I finally got him to cancel my membership and received an email stating it had been cancelled. I checked my credit card statement and I'm still getting hit with the $45 fee. I stopped in today and was in a big hurry... I drive a truck and had a lawnmower in the back. I was by myself so quickly jumped out to unload the lawnmower, but Julius one of the workers there hollered at me and said, sir, let me help you with that... I already had it out of my truck, but he came over and took the time to tell me when you're ready to load it back up I will help you... It's hard to find good customer service these days and I have to say Julius recognize the opportunity to go above and beyond to help a customer... Five stars to Julius and to this Carwash that I frequent very often. read more

No warmth, no friendliness - just a miserable atmosphere. When I pointed out the issues with my car after the 'wash,' they didn't listen. It's as if my concerns fell on deaf ears. And let's talk about honesty - my car is in worse condition than before. The so-called 'wash' completely tore it apart! Scratches, dents, and the paint looks like it went through a sandpaper machine. There was zero acknowledgment of their mistake. No apologies, no effort to solve the problem, just an arrogant dismissal. I expected at least a basic level of customer service, but WaterShed, you failed miserably. To top it off, not a single 'thank you' for choosing their service, not a hint of gratitude for my business. And, of course, there was no follow-up whatsoever. I use the one off Blanco in San Antonio. We've had a membership for almost 6 months now and I got 2-3 times a week. It pays for itself in my time and the staff have always been very courteous at this location. No damages to date, though the heavier wash fabrics do occasionally bump my Telluride's side mirrors into their folded portions. A couple of the free vacuums outside seem to have low suction though I would guess its a connection coming undone.​ read more

My driver side rear wheel was dragged the entirety of the car wash! First it feel off the track in the beginning of the wash an employee in charge of the "tunnel" pushed my car to continue down the tracks. When I came up to the dryers my car falls off the tracks again! Prompter finally tells me to "GO" so I drive over the tracks or face the car behind me to hit me as well! My car is wobbling, so unsafe! The manager tells me I won't get help till 24 - 48hrs looks to me I'm going to be here all day waiting for some assistance because I'm not risking my life or anyone else's because of there incompetence! read more

I talked the little high school kid named Grant about it and he said he knows but can't do anything about it. Omg. I asked for a refund and he said no way. Used to go here frequently. Went today after a few months and mid wash, my truck started bumping on the belt. Once I got towards the dryers, my truck was being pushed sideways off of the belt. The attendant (very nice young man) came running up to emergency turn off the belt to have me drive my truck the rest of the way through. He apologized and said it was an old car wash and hopefully will be replaced soon. He did a great job to control the situation but very scary. read more

I've read through all of the reviews on this place and NOT ONE is above a ONE STAR!! I moved here a year ago and I've always washed my own car and it's been garage kept since day one when I purchased it new. I am disabled and only park in disabled spots so my car was pristine without scratches, door dents or blemishes. I'm not a spring chicken anymore so I decided not to wash it myself anymore. That's why I signed up for the unlimited car washes at the Watershed on Hwy 46. I signed both myself and my fiance up for the unlimited. I would go maybe three to four times a month. After a few months I noticed scratches appearing on the side of my car. (photos attached), They weren't really noticeable until they started turning white. Both our cars ended up being scratched. I KNOW it was their equipment because it's the ONLY car wash I've gone to since I moved here and when I moved here there WERE NO SCRATCHES!!! I kept trying to talk with the manager who was never there but we did speak on the phone. His name was Arthur. I could tell by the phone call he wasn't going to be much help. I wanted him to see it anyway so I told him I'd stop in to show him. Three weeks later I finally cornered him after stopping in at least five times. Nobody was in the office when I went in and I went outside and found an employee and asked when Arthur would be in. He said he's in the bathroom. So I went back into the office and sat there and waited. After 30 minutes Arthur finally came out. He seemed like he knew who I was and why I was there. Maybe he heard me talking through the door when the other employee came in. Anyway, I took him to show him the scratches and of course he came up with all types of reasons why it couldn't be his equipment. He actually offered me two months of free car washes as a remedy. I wanted to laugh in his face. Like I'm going to take my car back through that tunnel. I also laughed at the other reviews due to this free car wash remedy seems to be their stock answer to everyone who is unhappy with the results. So, there is a new car wash coming soon on Hwy 46 and I'm sure they will have most if not all of the Watersheds customers when they open up. read more

Be very careful when you go there for a wash and use your credit card. I just went in for a wash and found out later that they automatically signed me up for the monthly program that will charge your card each month (until you cancel). I did NOT authorize that, either verbally or in writing. I give 2 stars because the wash was adequate , nothing special. No better that the local gas station wash. read more

This location is Closed more than it is open, I have a Monthly pass which will be cancelled. They say there open I drive there which is not close to my home and they are closed with cones blocking entrance and staff is there. Every time I go to this place I have a great experience. Free vacuums, low prices, a decent clean just with the machines. They also provide microfiber towels if you want to spot clean your car for free. The service is amazing, the workers are always nice and one of them even ran after me when I almost drive away without some stuff I kept my truck (I took it out to vacuum). Great location, just make sure your car is in neutral, as my friend who was behind me found out, the track is a bit slick. XD read more

New Braunfels, Texas wash is taking parts off of 2019 Black Mustang .....three LED lights in the side mirrors have fallen out and have been replaced by dealer and passenger side mirror broke due to rough handling by brushes. Ford dealer has been wondering why so many incidences. It is also happening on a 2019 Ford Truck I am running through this same car wash. Went in on Saturday 6/27/2020 to use wash and need to use Bug Station tank which is clearly marked Bug Station. There was a car in the stall using it to clean their mat and wipe interior down. They were still in the stall after carrying brush with bug solution into next bay for my car, going through car wash once, and speaking with onsite folks about the Bug Station. I spoke with two young men onsite about it and they told me to park in stall next bug station. I explained harshly that when you dip the bug station brush in sink and walk twenty feet there is no solution left on brush to be effective. They said contact manager. So 6/28/2020 went in at 8:30 AM and talk to onsite manager Sean asking for my unlimited plan money back and he said he could not refund me what is left on plan. I explained to Sean harshly the Bug Station issue, the car wash is not cleaning my black car properly and leaving water spots. I believe it because Watershed cannot get all the minerals out of the water because they using recycle water. It's one thing to wipe your car off after you leave but you should not have to run through car wash mulitple times to get any primary color car/truck clean.
