I did a pass for a month and cancelled it. I now have an additional $54 charge and apparently my account is registered with 2 other cars as well (that aren't mine). The AI "help" allowed me to cancel my membership but I'm still waiting to dispute the unauthorised charges. Hopefully it is resolved before I need to get my bank involved for fraud. read more

I've had a membership for about 2 years. Never had any issue with leftover residue, scratching, dirty windows... My car always gets clean. The crewmembers have all been delightful and helpful. Each time I've gotten a new car it's been a seamless transition getting my membership transferred. Yes, they were shut down getting a facelift for a couple weeks but big deal. I will say there was a small price increase with that remodel, but I go to the car wash three or four times a week so it's still worth all of my money. read more

This location closed for nearly 10 days without notifying customers. When they did reopen, they increased prices without improving the quality of the wash. They would not honor the monthly wash service that I was charged for. In addition, they continue to charge my card as if I am still a customer. Each month I have to dispute this through my cc company. The corporate office is in California, and I am in the process of possibly retaining someone to assist me to remedy this issue. Best employees, dryer, price, wheel shine application, vacuums and have not been out of towels yet. They employees are very attentive and come over as soon as they hear something is blocking the vacuum, even though it is so powerful that it really does not affect the suck. read more

This was the worst car wash I've ever been too. Taking everything out of the back of the truck and putting it inside of my truck making my seats dirty. It was all under the toolbox with no problem.. with other car wash I've never had that issue with any of the once I've gone to. read more

I just want thru the car wash. This is my first time seeing Johanna and this was the first time someone took the time to wipe my window before putting tape on the back blade. This is my 2nd time going through this car wash and it was the LAST. After going through, my rear bumper was hanging off my car, not slightly, but blowing in the air. I noticed it immediately (within 2-3 mins) and went right back. After the location manager came out and looked at it and had me complete an incident report, he put tape on it and said the area manager would get back to me within 48 hours. That time came and went so I went to the location. Maggie Trevino, the area manager, who is RUDE, came out and told me that the location manager hadn't done his job so she couldn't do hers!!! I came back 48 hours after that, and the location manager told me that she, Maggie, was going to deny my claim because my bumper due to pre-existing damage (stating the clip was broke prior to coming into the car wash) I then asked to see the video, he told me that he didn't have it...I asked for her number or when she would be back at this location and he said she wouldn't be back for a week. I came back a week later and demanded to see the video in which my bumper was damaged entering the car wash, the video began when the car wash touched my car and the bumper parting from my vehicle, which at that point, she said it was a clip that was already broken. Maggie claimed that a clip attaching the bumper to my car was already missing which is why my bumper was damaged and pulled from my car. I asked to see the video of me ENTERING and she claims not to have it, though there are cameras. Now I've attempted to call the regional manager, with no luck. It's been turned over to my insurance to handle it, but this is poor service the Maggie really needs a new career outside of customer service! Convenience turned into disaster! At first loved this company when I first signed up. After my last 2 encounters with the manager Maggie I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have an eye sensitivity diagnosis and because of that I have to have a light tint in my car. I at first out the tag on my windshield and we discovered the machine could not read it through the tint so the then manager gave me another tag an let me just roll down my window and scan it. Then the manager Maggie was working and told me I had to have it on my car. I told her of my condition and she could look up my tag and see that this is my tag and my car and it just couldn't scan through the tint. She then told my to put it on the side window by my side mirror. It didn't work there. Then she advised me that if I didn't sick it on the outside of my car I could no longer be a customer there. I told her it would ruin my paint and every other time the other managers had no problem punching in my ID and letting me go. She advised me they were not allowed to do that and i was asking clarifying questions and she walked off. I told her it was not fair and told her I would be contacting the main office. She then advised me she was going to cancel my account. I then asked for a copy of my contract which I stuck to it says the tag needs to by on the windshield or the window by the side mirror which my tag was. The machine just couldn't read it. He luck of customer service skills and willingness to work with a paying customer with a medical condition really saddens me. Not only did this make me feel discriminated against do to my condition, it saddened me even more that the other workers that were there when she walked off were apologizing for the way she was acting and said they would have no problem typing a code for me when I came. read more
