Well after leaving and getting home i realized windows weren't great, mirrors had streaks, sun roof wasn't cleaned on the bottom side. license plate area wasn't cleaned very well. To be honest i dont even know if it was polished. There were other minors interior and exterior items that could have been better. Got a deal supposably for top to bottom show room for 350 instead of 400 and tipped the owner 50 before i saw car. My mistake. So for 400 bucks i got a ok job that i could have got from wash tube. Not worth the money. I believe in supporting local business but not this one.

UPDATE (August 13): After my initial Yelp review went up and while I was in the process of attempting to cancel my three memberships, I spoke with Jennifer Ramirez from the Corporate Office. She immediately contacted Ricky Flores, the Area Manager for this location, who called me that same night and followed up again the next morning. He went straight to work resolving my concerns about my car. Mr. Flores was extremely professional and handled everything the way it should have been handled from day one. I also want to give a shoutout to Abby (Front Desk Cashier), who was always courteous and helpful throughout this ordeal, and to Jennifer, who followed up with me the next day to ensure everything was taken care of. My only regret is that this should have been resolved at the store level by Ricardo and Christian, who dropped the ball completely and wasted nearly a week of my time over a simple issue. Had they shown even a fraction of the professionalism that Mr. Flores, Abby, and Jennifer displayed, this review would have been entirely different. That said, thanks to the excellent display of leadership from these three employees, I will be continuing my three memberships. When corporate steps in, this location clearly has the right people in place to make things right. The store-level management just needs to step up their game. The employees simply shoved my fender back into place and hoped I wouldnt notice. When I confronted the manager about the damages he said that he was told that the damage was preexisting to which I explained it absolutely was not preexisting. The damage that they caused is so bad that I do not believe they would have cleaned my vehicle had I brought it in with that 'preexisting' damage. The manager, Joseph Guerra, was extremely insensitive to the situation and did not acknowledge how hurtful it is that they could lie to me about it and only apologized after I requested a refund. I was told that they would not go through insurance for the damages but that they would call me back only after watching video footage. Joseph said that they would take responsibility for any damage or excaberated damages that were caused by them on their lot. Joseph did notice and acknowledge how terrible of a job they did at actually washing the vehicle. They left tar and dirt all over the vehicle. Joseph later called me back after watching the footage where you can see their machine damaging my fender, but still didn't do a single thing to make this right. All I was told was that the employee who shoved my fender back into place was 'talked to'. Joseph has done everything in his power to try to say that my vehicle had been previously damaged and therefore a panel was lose and thats why their machine ripped my fender off. Joseph said that Tahoe's are notorious for having lose panels, which is news to me. No accountability for the fact that their employee made damages far worse by shoving the fender back into place and by trying to cover up what happened. It's disheartening that a company can do this to you and not own up to their mistake or even meet you half way. I'm so incredibly disappointed at how i've been treated throughout this whole ordeal and I'm sad for anyone else who will go through this with these people. I simply want to be indemnified. I just want my vehicle back to how it was before I dropped it off for a cleaning.
