I went up to the stand and she didn't even say hello or anything to me and she grabbed my items, scanned them, and then very rudely asked if I wanted a bag. The interaction gave me a very unwelcome feeling which shouldn't be tolerated at any establishment.

Incredible customer service Corona!…read more My "order for pick up" was originally placed my myself thru the "click and point reorder system" on the Target website for the Norco store. When I arrived, they examined the receipt and matter of factly stated "you placed the order at the Corona store" further stating they never received an order from me for the Norco store! This was impossible as I had never shopped at the Corona store, did not know there was a store in Corona and used the handy two click re-order feature on the website. After arrival at the Corona store, a 25 minute drive a lovely girl I believe named Cassie (beautiful western belt buckle) met me at customer service and promptly retrieved my order. Upon requesting to speak with the store manager, I came to understand that "orders are allocated to another store for pick up when items are out of stock at the location originally ordered at." As a shopper, I was not told that. I did not receive an email, nor notification of the rerouting of my order. Rather, an employee at the Norco store telling me the misunderstanding was "my error." Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life! I just had some questions concerning…read morea chain necklace replacement I wanted to buy. The gal that helped me asked if i knew what kind of chain it was and of course I didn't. She sighed and looked at it to see what I needed to buy. I asked her a few more questions and I just got very rude responses back. I finally just said "I'm not arguing with you at all, I just was asking a question". She proceeds to be extremely rude. She finally said the chain you want isn't in stock and it wont be in for at least two weeks. I asked if she wanted my name and number so she could call when it came in. She didn't say anything to answer my question. She just repeated herself "it should be in in maybe two weeks. I just said...ok...thanks and started to leave. As I was walking away I could hear the gal that "helped" me and the three other sales clerks snickering and talking. I just continued to walk and all I could do was shake my head in disgust. I left the store and went strait across the way to Riddles Jewelry where I had excellent costumer service. I would NOT recommend anyone to Zale's in the mall in Watertown, SD.

We popped in here to do our big grocery + supply haul before a week at the lake (we don't leave…read moreonce we get there) and I was SO impressed by this store! I was planning on going to another grocery store in addition to Walmart but their grocery, bakery, and meat departments were very impressive! I ended up getting everything that we needed (including baby supplies, swimming stuff, etc.) all in one stop! YES, please! I scored the cutest sun hat for $9.99 that I can just leave at our cabin since they don't travel well. They also had all of the baby goods that we needed for our little man. We will be stopping here every trip from here on out because getting everything in one place is priceless after a long travel day! The only thing that you can't get here is liquor but they sell that across the parking lot so my husband made that stop while I did the rest. We'll see be back next summer! :)
