I liked my chicken with the chimichurri sauce, and the mushroom ragout was good. My cousin said the steak was too fatty. Each plate had the broccolini but it was not cooked properly. Very chewy and just ended up eating the florets. The salad only had the balsamic vinegar dressing offered and it was quite a bit that was drizzled on, perhaps may want to ask to put on the side. One dessert of cheesecake with strawberry drizzle was offered. Typically I'm not a cheesecake fan, but I thought it was pretty good. Staff were wonderful, shout out to Ozzie! They have everyone eat when board, and the 2nd & 3rd floor was blocked off but open about an hour later after most finished dinner. That way the staff was able to clean up the 1st floor while most were on the other decks. Initially the Zephyr cove was cloudy, but halfway through, the sky opened up. A brief history explanation comes thru the speakers on emerald bay once enter the bay. You don't see the water colors till get quite close, and the best view is on the top deck. It's stunning. After leaving the bay, a 2 person band came on and played some great songs that many sweet couples got up to dance to. Coupled with the spectacular sunset, this dinner cruise was an unforgettable experience and I want to come back with my husband.

We were sent upstairs where there was no seating, forcing us to stand in the cold for nearly two hours while spending $100 out of pocket on drinks to hold us over for the dinner that was almost 2 hours late! Then we were literally packed into a cramped stairwell for 30 minutes -- a fire hazard their own service manager admitted to -- while the corporate group enjoyed the upper deck. When we were finally seated, I had to remind the manager I'd paid for window seats because she tried to put us in the middle of the room. By then it was pitch dark outside. Zero views. Zero complimentary drink. Ever. The food was a disaster. My medium rare steak came out overcooked and tough, the salmon was cold, and we were rushed off the boat before we even finished dessert. To make it worse -- I've called multiple times and been put on hold and hung up on repeatedly. I've sent emails with zero response. A manager on the boat promised a refund and never followed through. The customer service is as bad as the experience itself. Save your money and your special occasions for somewhere that actually values its guests.

There is a TINYYY sign to the beach, so you need to keep your eyes peeled to find it. As we drove along the tiny path down the hill, we saw a girl and a small table, but confused, we drove a little past, before we stopped and trekked back up the hill to ask her why she kept staring at us as we headed down the hill. Apparently, she was the gatekeeper, to sell us $8 parking tickets. Pretty ghetto. Plus, she is cash only, so she advises us to go down the hill, and buy a ticket at the snack bar. When we get down the hill and ask the snack bar people, they become pretty confused as well. After a short collaboration, they charge us $8 and say "OK." That was all. So now we're confused *again*, and we ask them whether they should be giving us a parking voucher. They don't have parking vouchers. Instead, we receive a post-it note that says that we paid $8 for parking. Very unprofessional, but no parking ticket, so it was only a minor inconvenience. After getting to the beach, it was very straightforward to get our Seadoo and get on the water! With everyone rushing to beat traffic and get back after Labor Day Weekend, the lake was almost empty as far as we could see, which was, to say the least, pretty awesome. Conclusion: bad parking experience but fantastic and easy jet ski rental. If we jet ski again in South Tahoe, will definitely be back!

We wanted a 4-hour exploration on and off trail but no prior experience here. Shawn found a buddy, Josh, to join us as a coach on technique and local trail knowledge. Josh did a great job, especially helpful digging this 68 year old out when I augured in a few times. The $6,000 upfront deposit charged on my credit card was intimidating, but also understandable considering their risks of machine damage. Within an hour after we returned the snowmobiles intact, they reversed the deposit charge. Great rental suits, boots etc. and machines are kept in tip-top condition. I would recommend Adrenaline to anyone healthy, from elderly but able to young kids riding with parents.

The 23' boat we rented was in great shape, looked almost new and we had 11 people with kids. We enjoyed the 1 hour boat ride and it was a good experience with kids. It took us about 10-15 minutes just to find the location of where to return because it's not easy to find, but rental places don't care about that because the harder to find the return the more $ in there pockets. Which we learned after the rental process, when you return they charge you $40 fuel for using probably only $5 worth and they charge for every minute. Wish they had more competition on the beach for rental places, it would drive some of these crazy charges down. Oh well, thats the nature of the beast
