If you have paper work or your kid has home work to work on this laundry warehouse got you cover. They have with chair attached to it that you can utilize. I used their wash and fold services and I also came over to wash and dry some clothes and I do not regret. Greta, the on duty assistant/manager, was there every step of the way to help me out. She is so professional and attentive that she stopped what she was doing to help me and other customers with questions concerns, and went back to complete her task flawlessly. Now this is what we call top of the line customer service. Although the place I leave has laundry machines, I will continue use their services. Once again thanks Greta!

The equipment has stayed the same throughout the years and it appears upkeep isn't top priority. A lot of the dryers have the black lining on the glass of the door falling off which in turn lets the heat out. I've seen people stuff dryer sheets into the places where the lining is missing but that doesn't help keep the heat. The customer is losing money since the machines aren't efficient. The washing machines themselves are dirty- the location to place your soaps and softeners is all clogged up with residue - those need a good cleaning and staff/owner can do that but they don't. It's rare you will find a staff member that is non Spanish speaking so communication when something is wrong is nonexistent. The area itself is going through a change and honestly I don't feel that safe going to this location like I used to. After a long time of coming here - I had to end it. I hope they renovate and or address maintenance issues.

They wipe down each and every machine && mop and sweep the floors, every night! Last wash is at 8:30PM & they open at 7AM most days. The staff is friendly, they give you your space to do your thing, but aren't afraid to lend a helping hand when needed. The machines do their job & the dryers don't require you to put tons of money to use them, all my loads normally dry within 24 mins (even when I stuff the dryer). It's located in a sort of mini mall; there's a fish market, liquor store (with NJ lotto) & a family dollar. The family dollar is super convenient, because you can go right next door and grab any laundry essentials you may have forgotten. I love that this is both a cash & card business. They do offer drop off service and laundry essentials for purchase. My one con is that I wish there were a sink located somewhere other than the restroom.

God knows what people put in the washers and dryers that others have to use. So I started using pick up and delivery laundry service two years ago and tried at least three in the Hackensack area. This company just gets it. They get that the customer needs to be able to count on them to do what they say they're going to do and to be available in case they need to contact someone. It sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how many companies cannot do the simplest things. For instance, I live in a high rise building that will not allow me to bring my stuff downstairs and leave it for a pickup of any kind. Some laundry services cannot deal with that. They cannot get out of the truck, go upstairs, and get my laundry. Rochelle Park Laundry comes in, gets in the elevator, comes to my apartment, and picks up my laundry and drops it off exactly as they promised. No mishaps or confusion. The exact kind of service I request is done -- wash, dry, fold, hangers -- it's all done, and better than I would have done it myself. So worth the cost -- which is minimal for what you get. Really. Highly recommend.

The dryer is 25 percent for 8 minutes. All of the machines require the laundromat "debit card". The card costs a dollar for initial purchase. You can refill the card. It gets pack on the weekends. They always have a hispanic show on the tv. I been here every 2 weeks and I still havent learn any new spanish words yet. This is the laundromat that I go to.
