Everyone says, shop local! So I tried to today.. I went to this business for the first time ever…read more I took in a catalog asking if they could make 2 shirts similar to what was pictured. From that moment on, the woman waiting on me had an attitude. I was just a problem, apparently, because I said this would be for Christmas and I was told they are not doing any more Christmas orders. They are closing on Dec 19! Well, excuse me. I did not see this information posted anywhere. I simply wanted a horse on a sweatshirt. I was also rudely told that this would need some fancy graphic something or other that I didn't even understand. No explanation was given. And I was not given the opportunity to even look through a catalog of what the store offers. I was in the store no more than 3 minutes and I wanted to burst into tears. I, myself, work in retail and am expected to treat my customers with respect and dignity. I did not receive either of these in my brief transaction. Apparently you do not want any business Mansfield Embroidery, which is fine because I will never set foot in your store again. I will order from the catalog that I brought in, because they aren't going to make me feel like a complete fool for wanting to simply purchase a Christmas present.
