SO wet the you could squish the water out of it! It comes out of the bag in huge clumps of wet soil that is impossible to plant anything in. Why in the world would Tractor Supply deliver potting soil that is stored out in the rain so long that it is like mud when you open the bag? Now it sits in the sun drying so I can HOPEFULLY get it to crumble so it doesn't destroy the tender roots of new spring plants. DO BETTER TSC. Soaking wet potting soil is NOT what customers want to use.

Check your chicks thoroughly before purchasing.

A short time later, our fairly new refrigerator unexpectedly stopped working. In a panic, we had to order a replacement online. Before placing the order, we confirmed through chat that everything would be fine. Instead, our dishwasher order was bundled with the refrigerator order, and both were rescheduled for delivery on June 30, 2026. Two days later, we received a notification that another dishwasher was being delivered. It turned out the original in-store order had never been canceled, so we were charged for two dishwashers. We had to refuse delivery, make multiple trips to the store, and spend time getting the duplicate purchase refunded. It was an unnecessary hassle during an already stressful remodel. On top of that, we were dealing with a hectic holiday schedule and family events. Once we had time to really look at the new refrigerator, we noticed the doors weren't aligned, there was a scratch on it, and it began displaying a "High Temp" warning. We had already lost all of our food when our previous refrigerator failed--which wasn't your fault--but now we're facing the possibility of losing another fully stocked refrigerator because the replacement isn't working properly. When I contacted customer support through chat, I was told I had missed the return window by just a few hours--not days, but hours. There was no flexibility or understanding, despite everything that had happened with the duplicate dishwasher order and all the issues surrounding this purchase. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. This entire experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. All I was asking for was a little grace and understanding. They cut down the tree and hauled it away. Then they found the wires and pipes. Then they used a track hoe to dig up the tree roots. It was huge mess but they hauled it all away. They also dug up a really big flower bed. They moved valve boxes, augmented the soil, and planted bulbs. They smoothed the patio area and filled it with layers of gravel and sand. They measured the grade and made a plan for drainage. They brought blocks and caps and pavers from a local source. They built the steps, carefully fitting together the corner joints. Then they built the walls and glued down the caps. To place the pavers, they started with a circle and wove a pattern around it. They added a border in a contrasting shade. To make the pavers fit together, they had to cut each one with a heavy saw. Every piece had to be measured and marked and cut. They did it with teamwork and rapid precision. They sanded the floor with polymeric sand to seal it. Then they helped me move the furniture and hang the artwork. The project took less than a month. Every day they left the work site as neat as a pin. I paid them very well for doing this work and you should too.

Pablo designed a complicated network of retaining walls and built a walking path that goes all the way around the house. There was a big tree too close to the front door. Pablo and his crew dug it out with a track hoe and built a wonderful patio. All of the hardscaping is holding up well. None of the blocks have shifted. After several years they all still align perfectly. There have not been any drainage issues. The water always flows in the right direction. I feel like this work has improved my life and increased the value of my home.
