It may seem like a small stop along the highway, but it's almost like a maze. You could get lost in the impressive amount of product. But are they good flowers? YES! My Mom is a HUGE flowers fan and CONSISTENTLY disappointed wherever she went. She's only got one other place that satisfies her desire for flowers. SHE WAS IMPRESSED the moment she laid her eyes on these. I also have to commend the service. We had Sergio help us, he was funny, kind, and extremely polite. Everything you need from an employee. On top of that, he was very helpful with information in general. Not just about this place. I can't think of a more satisfying stop along a highway. We like to support local businesses today in the world of internet shopping and we appreciated not only the huge amount of furniture there we could physically touch and feel but even for pieces we ordered that weren't physically there they had other pieces we could see in a different color or style so we could still see the construction and quality of the furniture brand. Amanda could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable! She has an amazing ability to plot out and visualize how things will look in the space of the room and we really needed that! They have been super accommodating and even offered to send us a temporary console to put our TV on since the one we ordered will take a couple extra weeks to arrive from the rest of the things. I can't say enough good things about Elam's! They have only gotten better, if possible, over the last 10 years!

I sent him a riding lawn mower, a push mower and a weed trimmer. First off, on the riding lawn mower, there were unrequested parts replaced, zero communication regarding said extra work, the "hood" has about a 1" gap where it closes (it didn't leave like that), for some odd reason the headlights were disconnected when I got it back. I was charged for work on the push mower that wasn't what was requested and the work that was requested didn't happen. The weed trimmer left here in shoddy but running order and was returned in a a plastic bag because he couldn't acquire the parts. I feel totally ripped off. We ended up buying it and have only had it less than 2 years and the fabric is pilling horribly to the point of thinning the fabric so much it will need to be replaced soon. When they delivered it, it also had a broken off foot and was scratching our hardwood floor without our knowledge. When I talk to Katie about the problems, she told me that it was my fault because I was cheap. Wow! Absolutely zero customer service or even compassion. I was absolutely not being cheap! I relied on Katie being honest with me and she clearly wS not. I will never set foot in that store again and will tell everyone I know that's looking for furniture of my experience there.
