One night I went to Bull Dogs Restaurant and I was in so much pain and our waitress Alexa suggested I see her mom who did cold laser therapy that could improve tissue repair and reduce pain an inflammation. I hurt quite a bit so I made an appointment for the next day and when I arrived I could not get out of my car. Bent over in pain I went in and was very optimistic. The appointment was 100% pain free, the room and environment was very relaxing and Kim was so calming. I had 600 questions and she answered every one of them and was completely understanding. I was literally afraid to get up off of the table, I had a noticeable difference in my pain level. I had two more treatments, the last was June 6, 2017 and I am blown away by my improvement. Kim was suggested to me through a current client if her's. I went to see her to get Botox and to talk to her about some facial fillers. Kim was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me about fillers, what I would need to do to achieve a desired look and what would and would not be advised. She was so patient and walked me through every step. We did Botox and some facial fillers. Kim is so incredibly gentle and skilled. I felt comfortable and she was very in tune with every facial expression, breath, or twitch. She worked with me to achieve a very natural and subtle result; making sure nothing appears over filled or unbalanced. Kim also maintains a relationship with her clients so that if there's any questions, issues or concerns, she can be reached. 0 stars actually..leaving this review 6 months after my visit because it took me this long to try…read moreagain with a different dermatology office and experience a normal appointment..I was seen last August for a cyst and body check..while there i kept trying to ask about a future appointment for mole removal..I was rudely dismissed repeatedly and given different reasons for why I didn't need my mole removed..im aware that insurance probably wouldn't cover it but wanted it done anyway..she couldn't and wouldn't be bothered. The body check was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dr office..she was rude..rushed..and didn't use a light which I discovered this morning should be done. The whole experience at this place was humiliating and I cried the whole way home..I found out this morning that a couple spots need to go to biopsy and probably should have been found 6 months ago. I don't remember the young Dr's name or the assistant in the room with us but just picture 2 mean girls..condescending rude mean girl 1 with a clip board and the other making you feel belittled and violated..literally cried all the way home..glad my husband was there to drive me because I wouldn't have been able to see through my tears.
