Therefore…read moreyou get to experience all the bodily functions of your roommate (including groans and sighs during and immediately following said functions) if the nurses choose to put a portable potty in the room beside their bed. Further because there is absolutely no privacy except for the bathroom (which your roommate is allowed not to have to use), your roommate not only knows your date of birth and full name, which you say over and over to all the medical professionals who come in for various reasons, they get to hear all of your private medical consultations with your doctor, which the hospital assures me is perfectly acceptable. Yep. I was informed that HPPPA rules don't count in hospitals that are outdated. Further, you have to carefully watch everything they do. I had three separate issues where the attending doctor (one I never actually met in person- though the one Dr I met who wasn't actually my assigned doctor seemed competent) very obviously paid no attention what so ever to my chart and I had to send the nurse to ask them if they really wanted to (as one example) prescribe pills that one has to swallow with water to someone who is possibly not digesting anything and isn't supposed to be taking anything by mouth. (No, no they don't want to). I could go on. Bartow hospital and Braden hospital are somewhat close. Unless they can give you a single room so your private health information is not compromised I'd go to a different hospital.

The MyHealth app makes scheduling appointments and viewing test results Quick and Painless. Anytime I've shown up for an appointment I've been seen in under 15 minutes and the appointment usually lasts less than an hour. Most of the negative reviews this clinic has received are from Karens who are: a) anti-vax morons who are too brainwashed and full of themselves b) people who show up 5 minutes before close and expect a full-on unscheduled procedure to be done c) impatient people who think 10-15 minutes is a bad wait time

This review serves as a warning to anyone considering using Watson Clinic--avoid them if possible…read more In my experience, the organization has poor follow-up, is highly disorganized, lacks coordination between departments, and appears primarily focused on generating revenue. Here is my experience in detail: I initially visited the dermatology office near the main campus to have several moles removed. The first doctor I saw indicated that the removals would need to be done over multiple visits. During the first session, four moles were removed, but the doctor declined to remove more and referred me to a senior dermatologist--resulting in an additional copay. The senior dermatologist removed additional moles but then referred me to a plastic surgeon for the remaining ones--again introducing another specialist visit and copay. I was told that the plastic surgeon would be able to evaluate and remove the remaining moles in a single visit. However, when I arrived at the plastic surgeon's office in Highlands, I was informed that my appointment was only for a consultation. I explained what I had been told, but the doctor stated that he requires an initial visit to evaluate and take photos before proceeding. This directly contradicted the expectations set by the dermatology department, suggesting a strong lack of coordination within the organization. In my view, the dermatologist could have taken the necessary photos and coordinated with the surgeon in advance, allowing for insurance pre-approval and a more efficient, cost-effective process. Instead, I was told the process would require four visits: two procedures (removing two moles per visit) and two follow-up visits for stitch removal--resulting in approximately $300 in additional copays. I questioned why all procedures could not be completed in one visit, but the response was simply, "That's not how I do things." After photos were taken, I left without scheduling further treatment. The situation worsened when I later received a call from scheduling. When I asked whether the photos had been submitted to insurance, I was told they would not be submitted until another appointment was scheduled. I also learned there was a $250 cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than seven days' notice. I requested that no appointment be scheduled until insurance coverage and costs were clarified, so I could make an informed decision. At that point, the scheduler became rude, stating, "Clearly you have an issue setting an appointment--you can just call back when you're ready," and then hung up. Based on this experience, it seems that Watson Clinic prioritizes revenue over patient care, communication, and transparency. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated incident, as I have had similar experiences with other departments, including cardiology. I recommend that others carefully consider alternative providers to avoid similar frustrations.

The ugliest, nastiest, and worst i have been treated at this facility was Friday. I wrote my appointment time down as 11:30, it was 11:20 though. I arrived at 11:38, Rachelle one of the front desk receptionist, scoffed at me for being late. I accepted that i was in the wrong as i recorded the wrong time. She went to check to see if i could still be seen? No, i had to reschedule. I gave no problem and kindly rescheduled. That was done! My mother who is also a patient there has a prescription from a specialist that is requesting a CT scan. I was asked by the specialist to turn this paper into Trinity so that Trinity can get an insurance approval. Here is the "hold up ugly" I asked Rachelle to see that this paper gets to the referral office it is a test my mothers specialist is requesting to have done. (I am explaining as I am trying to hand the paper to her) Nope! Rachelle has a body language and facial ugliness that is like i am trying to hand her a covid filled bomb. I get the attitude filled response of I am not taking that paper when i don't know what it is. I respond with "i just told you...." i stop in mid repeating myself and step one step to the left and explain to Sarah who has ALWAYS been jovial and pleasant. I explained to Sarah that i do not like Rachelle's attitude and it is very hard to talk to her. I try to hand the same paper to Sarah, never ever having any problems with her. Sarah says "I don't know what you are trying to give me?" Now, i am thinking holy moses, does this paper have so contagious disease that I am not seeing? So Sarah is snotty and rude. (By the way, snotty is a very nasty description i understand but it is spot on in this case) So after a few silent moments and me starting to freak out about this paper and the invisible curse. Sarah explains that the order is in the computer and they recieved it on the 30th. So, no Trinity does not need the paper. So, I did the next best thing i knew to do with a contagious piece of paper, i ripped it up to throw away. It was then Sarah told me that i should have kept it. Oh well, bad moments not bad days. I have another appointment scheduled i will see if the front desk attitudes are better, hopefully so. Sarah has a beautiful smile and laugh not to use them.
