We had a moment of confusion concerning my gender, but the Medical Staff was only unfamiliar with my paperwork dilemma. ("Is this an Insurance form or a Medical Form?" is the sort of question a Non-Binary person has to ask when there is only a binary checkbox and it is almost never labeled with the correct terminology. Obvs, nobodies fault stuff like that happens all the time. :) The Medical Assistants were all quick, efficient and genuinely pleased to be of service! They got me in early for my appointment too. I won't say my Doctor's name, but they were openly and respectfully curious as to how they might be of service to a Transgender Person, when so often the past told a different story. :( My Doctor addressed my every concern and meeting with them was very pleasant. The fish tank next to the check-out desk has an _Actual_Literal_Sea_Urchin_! They are very black, except for their orange rude part, and about nine inches across. The Staff Person at the check-out desk was friendly and enthusiastic! They walked me through every step of the check-out process with a smile! The Medical Assistant thanked me for coming in today! I am totally 100% assured that they will follow up with me at every opportunity and that our relationship will continue to be successful and pleasant.

She never did, went there the next day in person and spoke to a nurse practitioner (Beth)who changed the prescription. Her attitude was horrible, told me I was rude for asking to speak with someone in person. She said that my situation was not an urgency, and that it was rude to show up in person to ask for the correction to be made. Then she went on to claim that the reason behind their ineptness was lack of employees. Let me be frank, she is an awful person with a passive aggressive attitude who should not be allowed to speak with patients. Please avoid this place

She is friendly, really listens to her patients, goes out of her way to avoid prescribing medication when any physical, herbal, or other solution is available. I have heard tons of horror stories (not all were actually HORROR stories but you know what I mean, bad/rude/annoying experiences) from people about their doctors, never have I heard one about her; and since I am already a patient I don't have to worry about trying to get on her new patient list- I've heard she's booked solid! But if you are looking for a new family doc for yourself or your family, trust me that she is definitely worth giving a call- and if need be, a wait! Dr. Eaton, another doctor in that office, is also fabulous- if Dr. Spalding's patient roster is indeed full, you would be just as smart to try and get on Dr. Eaton (also a female).

First, the staff is pleasant. They greet you when you walk in and the place looks like home rather than a cold sterile Doctors Office. I was greeted twice and taken into a room right on time. I think they are careful not to overscheduled people which I really appreciate. The MA was kind and cheerful and very personable. She took my vitals and did the preliminary questions. Next came the PA, who sat and listened to my story, asked questions and took her time. That was extraordinary. She was thorough and easy to talk to. I've been back several times and each has been a great experience. Staff always is at the ready and completely professional to deal with. In a world where everything's become do it yourself, hands off and very sterile, have a new health is a breath of fresh air. Outstanding.

Yes, there are occasional long waiting times, but no more than usual at a doctor's office. I've usually only experienced this when I've been in for walk-in appointments (which are super convenient!). Dr. Yoon and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. She tells things like they are, which I really appreciate - I'm not a fan of doctors who sugar-coat things. An additional benefit of having been with her for so long is that she knows me, and the type of person I am, which she takes into consideration when I have appointments. She gives me my options and will openly discuss them, including what she thinks is the best option for me. I also never feel like just another patient - I think she has a great 'bedside' manner. While I lived out of state for school, she was very easy to get in touch with and would even take the time talk to me on the phone. I'm very sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience, but I think that Dr. Yoon and her practice are great! I would recommend them to anyone.

Wait times are kept to a minimum with their quality receptionist and medical biller; the cancellation policy ensures that there are not a lot of last minute cancellations. New patients may always expect a wait to get to schedule their first appointment. I recommend Julie or Josh. I am so impressed with Joshua Feller (P.A.) that I think he could probably manage his own practice as an MD if he ever chose to become one. There is an old adage that rings true for me here: doctors may prescribe but the nurses do all the real work! Similarly the P.A.'s here are top notch and get the leg work done efficiently.

Before our first visit, Dr. Naz spent hours studying our children's medical history. She addressed several issues of concern immediately.
