So I have 3 healthcare insurances. The last 2 insurances are Medicare and Tricare for Life. I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

Dr. Blackwell and his team were incredible. I had to bring my 12 year old in after an ankle and…read moreknee injury yesterday. From the minute we walked into the Upper Arlington office, every single staff member was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and on time. My daughter kept nudging me to exclaim how "nice" each person was to her. Dr. Blackwell, his PA and Sam, who helped fit her with a knee brace, took great care of my daughter. I never felt anyone was in a hurry and they each took so much time to listen to and assess her thoroughly. As a doctor of physical therapy, I am acutely aware of how special this circumstance was and HIGHLY recommend Dr. Blackwell.

I am so glad he did I can't recommend Dr Triffon enough. First, his bedside manner is so so nice what a gentleman even though I know he's very busy he did not seem hurried at all and he took the time to examine my x-rays show me what was going on with my feet, and what options might help and what would probably not be beneficial. He also suggested some lifestyle changes that might help. I so much enjoyed my vision with him that I came away with hope because to have someone who really listens and cares makes all the difference in the world. I recommend him highly to anyone who looking for an orthopedic surgeon

The entire visit I felt as if I was interrupting him or bothering him by being there. I asked a lot of questions until he finally said "Do you want to keep talking for a while because I have two patients waiting." He was the rudest doctor ever and he told me he does not share my philosophy that I want to address physical aches as they come and solve them because I believe in living with optimal health. He clearly believes that life is full of aches and pains and you have to live with them. I can't imagine anyone would choose this type of treatment from a medical professional. I couldn't run out of there any faster.
