We called due to a meter water leak. The city reported it was my responsibility due to the location…read moreof where the meter was leaking. A plumber came out next day and took care of it. No major repair or charge was required. We asked about another issue, they explained how we could do it ourselves or they could come back the following week, but we would have to pay for the labor/call. With the information provided I was able to buy the part needed for my bathtub leak and repair it myself. Saving me money! If I have future plumbing needs I will be reaching back All Action Plumbing.

Very, very disappointed! We will not ask for this company again. They came without a mask on,…read morewanted to know where the new hot water was. We were not told we had to buy and bring home. Tim said he would pick one up and delivery next week with work to be done as we had another appointment on their calendar. They did not show up and did not call us. Previously we had requested them to redo our bathroom about 8 years ago. They came, said they would give us a quote and get back to us. That never happened. Needless to say, we called Doug's Furnace/air. Showed up on time with a mask on, and a hot water heater as it is their warranty to bring their own. The heater was put in and two new outdoor faucets within a few hours. Excellent work! We will go through Doug's from here on out for any work on these areas. Would not recommend All Action to any friends or family. Disgusted! Duane and Nancy Gosa

They did the most professional job and left no mess or clean up for us . They were on time and pro's in every way . I recommend there boiler installation to anyone . I'm not sure about the rest of there services but there sales crew a boiler installers know there products .

In 2019 I lost my furnace and water heater to the Mississippi flood. I contracted with Crawford to…read morereplace them and asked their advice on whether it would be safe to install the water heater in the closet upstairs to prevent future flood damage. They said it would be fine because they would install a drip pan and overflow pipe to the basement so any leakage would drain through the pipe and not out onto my beautiful, 130 year old oak floor. After just 4 years the water heater failed and leaked all over my oak floor. They charged me to replace the water heater, offered no apology for their bad advice and even replaced the failed heater with the exact same model that failed after only 4 years. Now I'm left with a ruined floor and a water heater that may fail again before it should and no way to prevent it from ruining a repaired floor. As a professional myself I understand people should be able to rely on my advice. That is the point of being a professional. If I give out bad advice I will do everything I can to make it right. That didn't happen here. Jeanne Buffalo, IA
