Not impressed. On the website it said 35$ for trucks, when I took mine he said the inside had a lot of dog hair and would be $80. I asked if he could just do the windows or a light job inside and he said no. So I chose to just do the outside and it was still $30. None of the leaves or stuff in the bed was cleaned out and there's a lot of spots all over the truck. See the pics. read more

DONT GO HERE! I went there for an exterior detail they stole things out of my center console. Went back immediately after leaving and they told me the employee who cleaned the inside had left for the day. How convenient 5 minutes after I leave the employee was "left". read more

They did an awesome job on my Jaguar, got it super clean everything done by hand. Price was reasonable and it only took 40 minutes.

I drove here and according to the business hours on Yelp they should have been open but they were totally shut with no hours posted on the premise. I'm not sure if they are closed permanently or if they just closed early but I was definitely disappointed that they weren't open. read more

Odd customer service, I was charged SUV price for a truck because it was a crew cab truck. Sign says nothing about getting charged more for a crew cab. Sort of illegal to upsell folks like that. After paying the upsold price, my truck came back with leaves still in the truck bed and dirty footprints on my back seat floor. Exterior was about 90% clean. When I first got in the vehicle, I was blown away. I had never seen a car so clean on the inside! But then when I got home, I realized it was really only that clean from one angle. I totally can appreciate making the drivers seat area extra clean, but would have liked the rest of the interior clean as well. The car was "okay" clean, but not $42 clean. Kind if a bummer that you can't get an honest full service car wash in town. I'd have happily paid $42 if it came back perfect but it didn't. read more

They really mean it when they say "100% hand wash" Satisfied with their attention to detail. They use the good hand towels & not used up shirts like some of the other car washes in town. Will defenetely be back! read more

SHADY,...BAIT AND SWITCH....So, this was my first trip to this place. As I was coming from Santa Cruz I tried to call first to confirm they were open and no one ever answers the phone. I make the drive anyway and they are open when I arrive yay (I think to myself).. According to their website an exterior car wash is $15. I tell the the guy I want an exterior car wash and he tells me it will be $20. Says my car is dirty. Go figure, I am taking it to a car wash for a reason and it's not because it's clean. Anyhow, I pull up the business website and show it to him and he tells me that's old and he cannot get the owner of the website to take it down? Funny, when you call the business number the answering machine refers you to the website for pricing. Hmmm,...Guess he has no access to the answer machine either? Tells me the price is $17 but because my car is dirty it would be $20. As I only had $21.00 and some change on me, I told him I do not want to be the jerk who does not tip the guys wiping down the car. His response was a lot of people do not tip. Told him Sorry, I am not one of those people and since this is all I have I would be leaving. Very shady business dealings to say the least. So all in all, l I had a nice drive from Santa Cruz to Watsonville and back for nothing. I would stay clear of this place. All the bad reviews you see about this establishment are likely the frail backbone of the business and any good reviews are likely owner or friend submitted. The price we saw on yelp was very different from what it was when we arrived. It went up 3 dollars, & I know 3 dollars isn't a lot but when your expecting one price thats what I'm expecting to pay. Instead I had to embarrass myself & still ask my husband for an extra 3 dollars in front of the lady charging me. We got the Executive Package witch included 9items. They gave us 6. No body shield cause it was scratched off in their menu, no wax, & defiantly no Optional Fragrance. Nobody ever asked me watch flavor I'd prefer, & by the time they were done. I open'd my trunk expecting for it to be clean & nothing. Left it untouched. Instead, my husband & I parked still on property but a little off to the corner & started brushing out the little crumbs & such. Will defiantly not be coming back to this place. Friendly staff, decent prices, but sub par wash & vacuum job. My car still has lots of bugs (I've had the car only 3 weeks) and the back cargo area didn't seem like it got vacuumed. They were wonderful! I had pollen and grime all over the place from traveling. They got it all off and they washed my all-weather mats! Which is amazing! My car place at home doesn't do that for the same price. They also got the cat hair that was imbedded in my upholstery. The scenery while you wait isn't too great since you're behind a gas station. But for this kind of service it's worth it. I got the executive service for $37. read more

I'd rate higher but the website pricing is not the same as verbal pricing. Middle package online is advertised as $19 but they charge $22. If it's credit card then expect to pay a $1.00 more. Stopped by to have my cousins truck washed since he was out with a broken leg. It was about 12:15 pm. We were the fourth vehicle in line. The car wash employee/ manager advised me that their helper didn't show up for work and the wait would be about an hour. We had nothing to do so we decided to wait. It seemed like for ever. Had to move the bench around to keep n inbthe shade. Agreed for the $25.00 wash at the start and the guy charged me $30.00. Too tired to ask for an explanation. We finally drove away 1:20 pm. Hmmmmmm... I've had a much better wash else where for much less. I think I'll probably look around next time. Wasn't really satisfied. Sorry. Would give it a zero if I could. Went there for the first time, so I could get a hand wash on my car. Waited in line, and had plenty of time to read services and prices. The guy finally comes to ask if he could help me, and I tell him I want the Watsonville car wash special, which is interior and exterior for $19. He says oh no, for this size car it will be 35. Nowhere on their price board does it list anything about size of vehicle. Also no where on their price board is there a price of $35 for anything. We're talking about a Subaru crosstrek, not a big SUV. I asked him why it would be $35, that isn't what your price board says. He replied we will vacuum and do everything. I asked again why it is so much, and he says nothing. I said no thank you that's too much. It must happen all the time, because he didn't say one word and just walked away like it was nothing. I believe they're charging whatever they feel like it during their workday. Run from this place and wash the damn car yourself. read more

Got the basic exterior wash for $13. Everything was hand wash, and they even used new towels (not previously used one with particles that could scratch the paint). From start to finish it was about 10 minutes total and they got two months worth of highway bugs off without any problems. Will definitely go back. Thanks! read more

I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to get a detailed wash here. I have been to better car wash businesses in the Bay Area. I opted to get the Top Wash @$35.00 which includes everything. This was the results. 1. The inside was vacuumed ok but still some dust on the interior surface's. 2. They applied to the interior surface with some type of dressing that is like Armor All which was ok but seems to attract dust. 3. Also, they treated my break and gas pedal which made it a safety hazard since my foot slipped off the break pedal a few times on the way home. (I cleaned and wiped down the controls when I got home) 4. The exterior was cleaned of dirt, but there was still little crevice's that had dirt in them. 5. The tires had dressing on them which looked ok. 6. The rims/wheels were not very clean still had break dust on many of the surface's. (Maybe the shiny dressing on the tires were meant to deter you from noticing the rims) 7. The paint surface was dried but had some streaks possibly from residue left over from a rag that was used to apply dressing of some sort. 8. The black rubber exterior moulding/plastic didn't receive any type of treatment at all (even though it stated on the bill board sign that it was supposed to be included with this package). Bottom line very dissatisfied customer and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Dissatisfied. I've been coming to them for a while now and these past few times have just been horrible. Took my car in for the regular executive wash and when I took a look at it my hood was scratched like they dragged the hose over it. I didn't go in for a while after that so this time when I went in for a wash I got there handed my card to him & he just went & opened my back door and said it was going to be the price for a truck $35 since it needed more time to be cleaned. lol it's been raining I've been coming here for a while & now you're going to charge me an extra $7-10? I just said thank you & asked for my card back. This guy was already on his way to charge me. I'd rather take my business to Fernandez on Freedom even though it might take a little longer but they do a great job not to mention super friendly.
