She was kind and helpful, she mentioned that the Raptor I wanted was in transit and not at the dealership. I made an appointment and had my trade in ready. Sure enough Liz and Erick went above and beyond to get into the right numbers, this Duo made sure I was ok my deal and never pushed me or were hostile at the moment of negotiation. After making deal and signed the contract they also let me take my trade for 2 more days to drive until my vehicle arrived, not only did they allowed me to do that also Liz dropped personally the new Raptor right in front of my house and took my trade back to their location. All i have to say is this is how you treat a buying customer. Dealerships are already making money and get too greedy at a point that they dont care about their customers. I know I was a headache, but everybody there was very professional and made sure the customers needs came first. I keep seeing people's reviews about communication I myself try to communicate over the phone and trust me. That's not the way to do it, Ronda The finance manager told me to come in. I went in and the first thing she said is, OK what do you want to do? and that right away, let me know that it was all about me. I called Service to verify and it was true. I scheduled an appointment and they were fast and professional. They even patched up a tire that had a nail in it.
