I spent a solid hour the day after Thanksgiving chatting with the two kind souls working that day and learned this place has TONS of crafting classes including sodder, beading, floral arranging to name a few. I was returning an item the cashier didn't ring up which was a surprise to me however I was informed that they had to watch cameras to make sure it was there when I bought the frame. They spoke very loudly in front of the customers who were shopping. They could have conducted themselves in more of a modest manner instead continuing to say oh it's not you we need to verify well it sure felt like I was be accused of stealing. I waiting for over 20 minutes being humiliated and accused until they finally said oh she didn't ring up 2. No apology no thank you nothing except here's your receipt. I will never show up there again and I will tell everybody that I speak to you the way I was treated and I had a receipt. Can you imagine how they treat somebody without a receipt?

The attribute that separates these guys from the chains, is KA&CF's expertise in proportioning and aesthetics. They offer sage suggestions on how much to trim borders and the necessary width of the frame for the overall size. I don't know if it was the quality of the prints, but once framed, in the lighting where they were hung, the paper appeared wavy. I reached out for advice (thinking maybe I bought cheap prints) and they were keen to remedy the situation. My prints were adhered to a special board for a smooth finish which eradicated the issue. They were insistent that I should be satisfied with my art. I recommend KA&CF without reservation for their integrity, expertise and quality of product.

After placing my order. I noticed how close I was to this location and decided to stop in before my order was ready for pickup. I was greeted by Joann the front store attendant. She was so polite, kind, happy and ready to assist in anyone possible. I explained about placing an order online and requesting to pickup before it was ready. I even offered to go on the shelves myself and fetch the items. The moral of the coupon was in order to redeem the order needed to be placed online for delivery or pickup in store. JOANN notified me she would contact manager and see what is the best plan to assist me. Now let me digress for one moment. I noticed an African AMerican lady working diligently in the store, picking flowers, organizing store, answering phone and fulfilling orders. I was impressed with her resilience ; however, I was thinking she has to be EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH. Unbeknownst to me she was the manager I was waiting on to fulfill my order. She politely asked some questions and assisted me immediately. I had already shopped for the items, she apologized for not hearing the device chime to notify of a new order. I was not in a hurry and politely told her I was more impressed with her working skills than worrying about my products. MRS DONNA was the best with whom I have ever encountered at this location.
