The man doing my pedicure spent most of the time on his ear-bud phone and was obviously distracted. When he was done he just told me to sit and leave in 10 minutes. When I looked at my feet there was polish on my skin and one nail was completely smudged. The poor lady employee next to me tried to fix it the best she can. When I went to pay the man was at the register and I expressed my dissatisfaction. We crabbed at me that I should have let him know! Well I never saw him after he was "done" so pretty hard to let him know. He was very unfriendly and I just needed to leave at that point. The quality of prepping the nails was excellent however they used the electric sander on the bare nails which kind stung and they did nick some of my cuticles with it causing some skin damage which I wasn't happy with but it heals back.
