Klassic Limousine answered their phones late that night and agreed to drive us at 7:30am the next morning back to Chicago in a Cadillac Escalade. Clinton was our driver and he arrived on time assuring us we would be safe. The weather and roads were very bad but Clinton drove slow and safe and didn't take his eyes off the road once. Two days before the trip I was told by Klassic that they would not honor the price each way and "Gowithus" would have to eat the difference but they had to get ahold of the manager of Gowithus. Gowithus has a 24 hour cancellation policy so we had to cancel before the two parties connected. Now Gowithus says they would have honored the rate if we hadn't cancelled which now went from $127 to $330 each way. Really? Not great customer service from either party. Upselling???
