I have a Lexus SUV. Drove up to Blue Tide, owner came out and suggested options to remove the paint. He then came in to the car wash and blasted the car with spray which removed it all. They usually try to get you to join the membership but today when I declined, the young man who was about to process the basic wash was told by another man that usually works the kiosk that the basic $10 wash was broken and I would HAVE to get the 2nd. Any other day this would have been fine but by the loo on the young man's face, something was off here. The guy claimed the first wash was frozen HOWEVER the second wash worked and would be better. After finally…read moregetting to the right people, one of them being the owners, I can't complain about how I was treated. Initial customer response was very poor and needs to be fixed. However, from a car wash standpoint, this is my "go-to" wash - fast, convenient and, with their monthly plan, inexpensive. With the plan I can get the car washed a couple times a weekend so that if it rains after I run it through in the morning, I get it washed again later when the sun's out. I also like the fact that they don't have people hand drying the car that expect a tip - which is a sneaky way to add to the cost of the wash (I'm not cheap and I do appreciate what those people do but they should be paid by the car wash owner as part of the washing process and that should be clear - otherwise not good for you if they are paid okay and you pay twice if you tip and not good for them if customers don't tip them and they are underpaid). Anyway, this Cloud 10 is a good car wash, good deal and, if you keep working at it, good customer service.

My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review.
