When she exited, one of the people drying the car off saw this damage and brought it to her attention. Long story short, the owner said the car must have had a "weakness" before it entered the car wash. He aggressively spoke to my daughter and I (She FaceTimed me), insisting it was our fault since it only happened to our car and no one else's cars that day. Obviously something in the car wash got stuck and pulled the bumper off. I have a family member who used to work there under the prior ownership and said this does happen from time to time. The new owner, Vick, did nothing but blame us and our car. My husband went back in person a few days later to try to discuss a resolution with him and he again became agitated and aggressive and said it's not his fault. He offered no resolution other than giving us free car washes in the amount that we would have to pay to repair the car. He didn't even refund the price of the car wash after this occurred! Obviously we aren't going to take our cars through the car wash again if we know this type of damage is possible and that we will be responsible for it. Bottom line, a simple car wash has now caused $1300 worth of damage plus the cost of a rental while we get it repaired. I've talked to other people who had similar incidents occur at other car washes and the owners made it right and paid for the repairs. Be aware that this owner will NOT stand behind his service and you are entering at your own risk and expense when you use North Penn Car Wash.

But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. After finally…read moregetting to the right people, one of them being the owners, I can't complain about how I was treated. Initial customer response was very poor and needs to be fixed. However, from a car wash standpoint, this is my "go-to" wash - fast, convenient and, with their monthly plan, inexpensive. With the plan I can get the car washed a couple times a weekend so that if it rains after I run it through in the morning, I get it washed again later when the sun's out. I also like the fact that they don't have people hand drying the car that expect a tip - which is a sneaky way to add to the cost of the wash (I'm not cheap and I do appreciate what those people do but they should be paid by the car wash owner as part of the washing process and that should be clear - otherwise not good for you if they are paid okay and you pay twice if you tip and not good for them if customers don't tip them and they are underpaid). Anyway, this Cloud 10 is a good car wash, good deal and, if you keep working at it, good customer service.

It was pretty quiet and I didn't have much of a wait for my car to get into the washing area. Once you walk into the main area, just go to the front desk and they'll have a listing of all their services and you tell them what you need to be done. They have large windows as well as a few hanging TVs so that you have the choice of watching your car being washed or enjoying some good ol' television. They also have a kitchenette area where you can make your own Starbucks coffee or tea to enjoy while waiting for your car to be finished. Oh, if you're into free puppy time the owners also have their super cute Japanese Chin lounging about waiting for belly rubs too. I requested an interior as well as exterior cleaning. All in all, they did a great job with my car. The inside still looks spotless and minus the bit of mud I went through a couple days ago, the exterior of the car is still super shiny.
