I work in the service industry, so I know how hard it is to work in customer service and to get reviews like this, but all I can offer is honesty so this could be approved in the future so that you guys can keep getting business. The quality of what I received was pretty rough. She did a decent job with the design, I would rate that 8/10. BUT 24 hours after I got my nails done (got a dip manicure), one of them cracked off, as she was trying to add length instead of filing them all to a shorter length so they could all match like I had asked her to do. She said that was "too much work" and that she could add length instead, I wasn't sure and I even said I didn't want that, but it didn't seem to matter what I wanted as far as length and she did it anyways and this is what I got. Also, just realizing they never trimmed my cuticles, who does that when they're getting a manicure, not trim the cuticles, that's kind of important. Cracked manicure. Back to the search I guess.

So, this was pretty disappointing for me. I also am very picky about what I think "good" nails are designed wise. I got a french tip and I like more of the curve in the tip and they were basically just painted straight across. They also just make up prices. I payed more than what was written up on the boards. I went with my sisters and one of them ended up paying more than I did. I had medium nails with gel french tip, she has short with red gel, she payed 10 more dollars then I did and didn't even get the actual length she wanted. They are all very very very nice but not the best at pricing and designs.

I made appointments online for a friend and I and requested to sit next to each other, I was so happy when they let us (normally salons are so busy and even when you ask in advance they don't put you next to one another). We arrived to find a shared parking lot with plenty of spots. Inside the vibe gives clean, sterile and relaxing. This salon is NOTHING like the others, it's so peaceful and everyone is so nice. I went with a gel manicure and spent $40 base price. They do prefer cash and charge a fee for credit card, $2 for Amex which beats the charge to take out cash. All of their nail techs are very talented, kind, and thorough. I've had the pleasure of working with Amy and Titi. Amy is a dip powder pro. In addition to knowing how to apply dip powder so well, she's my favorite when it comes to nail prep and cleaning. I always appreciate the time she takes to properly clean and prep my nails before the dipping part begins. Titi is an artist. She's become my newer favorite tech when I want to get creative and add fun nail designs to my manicures. She specializes in recreating the most beautiful designs--Pinterest is no match for her. I truly appreciate the time and dedication Titi puts into her nail art, always making sure I'm happy with the final result. I also love the pedicures here, primarily due to how extremely relaxing they are. There are plenty of options and enhancements to turn your pedicure into a complete spa experience for your feet, but I really appreciate never feeling pushed to choose a specific upgrade--just whatever feels right that day. Whether it's gel or dip powder, my manicures typically last ~4 weeks, and my pedicures almost always last 5-6 weeks before looking like they need a touch-up. Excellent value. Because this is such a wonderful nail spa, they're usually pretty booked, so making an appointment is recommended. It's an excellent place for a girls' day or a well-deserved solo treat.
