The best kept secret, is Mobile has a FREE trolley ride that stops at ALL the attractions and things to do. Our driver was personal, sweet and courteous. The weather is REALLY hot; so why not take a FREE trolley to your hotel, museum or restaurant? Locate any of the twenty route stops by the electric aqua blue metal park benches with a brightly colored umbrella. Do I got your attention? Trolleys seem to come every 15 to 20 minutes. Really, how cool is that? Make your first stop the Welcome Center located at the FREE fort...and be apprised of the hidden gems. (There are many) The Welcome Center staff couldn't have been friendlier, in our experience yesterday, and truly provided great advice on places to check out for eats, sites to see and explore. By the way the trolley stops at 6 pm weekdays and the SPECIAL NOTE is on Friday night at 6 pm weekly, the streets close for a rolled into one: arts, gallery and pub crawl. Lots of foot traffic and really neat. Come aboard the MODA! and explore Mobile's new scene. read more

Thank you Mobile for this great service! I'm from Pensacola and when I brought some friends through town, found this to be a delightful way to show them the beauty of your city. Those of us who have traveled a lot recognize and appreciate cities that care for their downtown and historical attributes. Providing a convenient and free way to tour these areas is a very wise investment in your community and it's businesses. It likely changed our stop from a one-day peek to a three-day stay. Incompetent, Rude, unprofessional, unsafe are just a few words that best sums up the mobile metro transit. The bus is rarely on time. The drivers have very nasty attitudes. And have little to no concern with traffic laws. Or riders safety. All black drivers by the way? Didn't see any employees at there office either thats not black. I guess that Asian, Hispanic, naive American, whites nor any other race can drive a city bus? Waste of tax dollars. They need to fire the whole lot and start over fresh! read more

The people here are very rude. They never answer the phone for the members to schedule or cancel pick up times. When you walk into the building they act as if you are bothering them to do their job. Not pleased with the employees that work within the I 65 service road transit system. read more
