I grew up in Wave Crest Gardens from 1961 - 1980, and now own rental properties myself. I often visit Wavecrest, as this is where I developed my love for civil engineering, steam heat engineering and rental real estate. When I lived there, the place was only a decade old and was owned my Mr. Burns. The community demographics were different and the buildings were beginning to decay. I've watched quite a rebirth of the development under the ownership of the Goldfarb family. It appears that no expense is spared in the restoration and maintenance of these 70 year old places. It warms my heart to see heating systems that are properly maintained, hall's clean and painted, vast improvements that few people would ever see - waterproofing, gas heat conversion, generator transfer switches to keep heat running in power failures, entirely new electric service.... A housing development can shape lives. It grows families and builds professions. Wave Crest Gardens sparked a successful career and lifetime of education and success in me and now my family. I'm sure the Goldfarb's care and investment in Wave Crest will inspire hundreds of others to success. Before you complain about petty nonsense, look at the wonderful place you live and appreciate the people who choose to give to the community and your enjoyment rather than just stuffing money in their own pockets. I lived there 60 years ago from age 2(?) to 6 so nothing I would have to say would be relevant today. But I remember it as a big complex with loads of kids to play with. I went to whatever the New York City Public School there is for kindergarten and part of the first grade. School was within walking distance, and we used to walk home through a bunch of summer bungalows that we used to explore because a lot of them had unlocked doors. Once we found a shopping cart full of buttons and invented some kind of game with them. And there was a food truck that used to come around that had Chow Mein sandwiches, a New York think that maybe nobody even eats in New York anymore. If we had stayed there I would have graduated from Far Rockaway High like my mom and my aunt and uncle and some cousins. I liked living in Far Rockaway. And after we moved I spent a few summer vacations at the house my mom grew up in in Belle Harbor where I spent most of my time at the beach right up the street. read more

I've lived at Wavecrest Gardens since July 2019 (a little over a year). I loved my apartment - it was newly renovated, finished 1 week before I moved in, and it was beautiful. I kept it clean and never had any issues with the apartment itself. Shower drain would clog periodically with hair, but nothing I couldn't address myself without having to call maintenance. Pros: It's one block away from the boardwalk, a 10 minute walk from the hospital, and surrounded by beautiful beaches and playgrounds in neighboring towns. All new appliances, gorgeous marble and wood flooring, and very friendly neighbors. Lobby and hallways were cleaned regularly, and despite construction happening on multiple apartments, it was never disturbing or overly noisy. Cons: No laundry in unit - it's in a separate building, in a basement, and somewhat pricier than I would prefer, but was always available when I went. Electric stove (not a con for everyone); walls (and ceiling) are thin enough that you can make out full conversations, let alone moving around and blasting music from upstairs neighbors, but most people are pretty respectful. Parking after maybe 6PM is a very difficult, and when I tried to apply for paid parking in the private lot or the deck, I was placed on a waiting list that I'm technically still on over a year later. Overall, nice place to live. Would have loved to stay if circumstances were different. read more

Worst place to live only looks nice on the outside. Horrible leasing staff in the leasing office, not friendly at all and always has a attitude. When I first moved into a newly renovated studio apartment I had mice problems, caught about 4 mice before someone came to block the hole the were coming through mind you this was within 1 week of my move. I was drawn in by the $1300 that was advertised and when I got to the leasing office it suddenly went to $1545 as well as electricity. I still decided to take it which I horribly regret because I could've gotten a 1 bedroom somewhere else for that price. The free parking is always full in the nights so if you work in the nights good luck. The garage parking is $170 a month. I ended up losing my job that I had at the time and was looking for a cheaper alternative which was explained to the manager responsible for the lease agreement. I was asking if I could break the lease and she advised that she will propose to the board, 3 months rent and my deposit to break the lease and see if they would approve it. There was no compassion for someone that was in need or no compromise. The other option she proposed was to leave the apartment and continue paying the rent until they find someone to rent that apartment, what a bullshit money making solution. Walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors talking. A scenario would be my neighbor above has a toddler and I understand kids will be kids but this individual had the toddler bouncing a basketball when the floors are super thin at 2:30 in the morning. Eventually it became annoying and overbearing so I decided to call the security and he showed up to my door. He then proceeded to the tenant above my apartment and told her that I complained about a noise nuisance. "Well handled Sir", then the tenant response was she has a child and he is off school so he will play as he feels like. He then came back down and told me that he doesn't want to deal with her because she is problematic and he will make a report. This was in September 2021 and it is now May 2022 and I have not gotten a single email or response from anyone regarding the issue. Please do not be fooled also by the security out front as they will let pretty much anyone into the compound. The most incompetent and neglectful management I've ever seen. I just want whoever is reading this to fully grasp what this circus is all about. Now that I have posted this with proof of some pictures someone will inevitably reply to this review wanting to try to "MAKE THINGS RIGHT". The only good thing about this place is probably the beach and the apartment gym but other than that it's a crime infested neighborhood. I would highly recommend steering CLEAR of this apartment complex. Scam alert! Firstly, trying to get anyone without an attitude on the phone is very unlikely. When I called in, multiple times I've had a terrible experience with customer service, including my guarantor, as they aren't even sure of what their application fees are. How does the leasing office not know their own pricing ? & yes you do pay an application fee (even though they are not running the applications) Secondly, when applying, I was told it would only take 24-48 hours to receive an answer & if there were any issues they would get back to me. After day 2- I called to see if there were any problems. They said no. It is day 6 & my credit still has not been ran. When dealing with the leasing agents- I asked to speak to a leasing agent on day 3. they stated they couldn't run a credit check because my birthday wasn't correct on the application (so there was an issue but nobody called to inform me, I had to hunt someone down to even get a response for my application.) When I stated that was false, it was correct; they ended up switching from my birthday being incorrect to my birthday "missing all together" & needed me to "send them a picture of my license and social security card". This sent major red flags as I've never had to send a copy of either just to run credit. When I stated the application was correct and filled out - & asked why they needed this paperwork to run my credit when all the information was in the application & correct, they stated "okay you don't have to send them"... ? Major red flags- so we are on day 6 & again, haven't heard anything from the office. The only way I hear anything is by calling myself. I tried calling and they asked "to call me back" but guess who hasn't received a call back & won't. I am now calling them to cancel the application & make sure they no longer run my credit (of course though I can't get through to anyone- just voicemail) Just save your money & try a different apartment. With the "help" I have received, I'm sure getting maintenance or any type of problem solving done at this location will be impossible and a sure headache. I am highly disappointed in my experience dealing with the leasing office and truly? This place just screams : Scam. They want your money & personal information without actually submitting anything- they are just storing your personal/ confidential information into their systems. Sketchy- & Beware they aren't selling your personal info with how they are asking for pictures of licenses & social security cards. Nothing about that is correct. Well, I been living here at Waves Crest for 2 years and more, I like here, no Problems to report, I have a nice apartment, parking space, gym to work out, beach a block away. Heat in the winter time, has been good. I met some friends on my side of the complex, never have to go outside, walk thru. Supermarket, drugstore, shopping mall, all not to far. Well entering 3rd year, so far so good, heat came just in time for the cold, garden work done on the property, love it. The new boardwalk is looking good, great to the beach, I never had to call maintenance services, that's a good thing, me personally have no problems at Wavecrest. read more

Okay so we just moved to the area, so we don't have a lot of time here yet, but so far is "okay". The application process was easy for us, however the pictures that they have on the website are different than the actual apartments. They supposedly "replace" everything before you move, which I call b.s it looks like they just paint over stuff and really do a messy job in putting things together. I have read reviews of "roaches and rats appearing, mold, and the paint chipping" I haven't seen anything yet but then again we just moved in on July. So hopefully it stays like that! One thing to keep in mind you do live in a complex, so if you have dirty neighbors/ or like to leave food around then you might see them in your apartment. Fingers cross and we won't experience it I did already spray the whole apartment with spray just to be safe. PARKING: parking has not been a problem, however if you do come home around 7pm it will be hard to find one, so I'll suggest you get the private parking they got, it's worth it if you don't want to be waiting around for someone to leave. The Staff: They are okay, have encountered more professional staff. Laundry: The laundry is close to the garbage disposal, so yeah don't understand why but welcome to NY right. The machines are okay, you do need to purchase a card and they are worth $5 after that you put how much money you want on the card, now it just takes $5,$10, and $20. Noise: I'm very surprise that the apartment is quiet, you hardly hear anything, they do have an airport close to here so you will have to put up with planes constantly passing but no biggy. We sign the lease for 2 yrs, so will see how it goes, I'll be giving 6 months updates as we go, but so far is been okay. We have a beautiful one rental, newly renovated apartment at Wavecrest. Going on two and a half years now. It is very quiet. Have had no problems whatsoever and my neighbors are great. I'm not sure where some of these complaints are coming from, but I guess everybody has their own experience. They recently put in a beautiful brand new laundry room in our building and we, the tenants!! All the negative comments that we heard before we moved in, I have not seen any of those nor have we experienced any negative people or, muggings or people being harassed. Harassed. The grounds are beautiful. It has a great security and the complex is constantly being upgraded! And even though it says no dogs allowed, the management allows people to have dogs as long as you clean up behind them. Our apartment is beautiful stainless steel, refrigerators stove, appliances and microwave oven and the floors are wonderful. So we do not have any complaints whatsoever! So far so good! read more

We have had two experiences with Wavecrest apartments. In rockaway and in westchester. Just BEWARE. Just went to look at an apt in rockaway at 3:45pm. They close at 4pm. They wouldn't show us an apt but said we could fill out an application on line, give them a non refundable $75 check, do a credit check, and they would show us an apt on another day! All before you even see an apt!! Very money grubbing and not accommodating in any way! Really? a non refundable $75 before anything is done or shown ? Needless to say , we did not pursue in any way as we already lost money in westchester. Unfortunately don't trust them at all. Very unfriendly also! Long review but please read!!!!! WARNING!! If you are ever planning to move to wavecrest DO NOT do it. FYI this is not my first review I was bribed into taking the first one down over a year ago after I report the way how they have roaches walking around in the buildings like they are moving in. I have recently moved out of wavecrest, this review is about their lack of customer care for their tenants and their money hungry ways. I had a move out inspection done on Mon 4/25 where (PETER) from Management came to my apt and walked through everything with me and my partner, I have him on recording telling me everything was good with the apt and that all I needed to do was leave the original shower heard (being that I had changed it out for something different). We complied with what he told us and we moved out and turned in our keys on Sat 4/30. I recently noticed that I was sent to collections for 1 month rent in which I wrote a certified letter to management stating that I will be living out my security deposit in which they did not object to therefore I'm unsure as to why they sent me to collections. The week after moving out I received a bill from (Nancy) in legal department telling me I owe them over $1000 for damages in the apartment after Peter told me days prior that everything in the apt was good. I have videos and images of the apt where there is NO damage. I've been sending multiple emails and waiting for PETER to reach out to me to rectify this issue and I have yet to hear from anyone. I will be taking this to my lawyer if WAVECREST does not remove these charges and take me out of collections. This is ridiculous I paid my rent on time every month for the past 3 years and kept their apt in good standings.... I say all this to say DO NOT give them your business!!! read more

the fact that I applied and was approved since June 22,2022 and kept in contact but found out over the weekend that my application was canceled and they bogus ass excuse was "they got no contact from me" is a bull face lie!!!!!! secondly, if I'm calling and being told I'm on a waiting list and I will be contacted when something is available. what am I suppose to do? I moved into WaveCrest nine months ago, I'm happy I made the decision to move here. The complex itself is quiet, neighbors are friendly, no drama, gated with 24 hour security patrols. The staff are very helpful, they always available to answer questions. When I put in work orders, the repairs are prompt and the crews are professional and courteous. The landscape is very well kept, and the beach is right across the street, my very own Sunday summer escape. I'd recommend WaveCrest to anyone looking for a pleasant community where you can relax with peace of mind, this is that place. read more

**My review is based solely on my business transaction with Wavecrest personnel -- not from any rental experience with this establishment** I'm a Veteran who is a full-time student, and I submitted an application for a studio apartment to Wavecrest Gardens. 2 weeks after my initial application I STILL don't have any info on the status of my application! Any updates I have received, I had to call the representative numerous times to obtain, only to find out that they want more information regarding my G.I. Bill income. The leasing representative I worked with went on vacation shortly after I submitted my application, and everything stopped while she was gone instead of ensuring someone else could pick up where she left off while she was gone. I can accept a "no" answer if that's what it is, but business wasn't conducted professionally. No one should have to wait 2 weeks to be told whether their apartment application is approved or denied. I've live here for over a year now and I still love my apartment just as I did when I first saw it. The gym is always clean and the laundry services are convenient. We lived in wavecrest for almost 6 years I had a baby girl while living there however long story short I called 311 about the mold in my closet "most of my Michael Kros" bag got molded and clothes tht I had to throw away the winter of 2017 when they arrived they realized that I had a babygirl with peeling paint and mold so they told me that they have to lead test unfortunately the apartment came back with lead I received a letter in the mail from NYC stating that I have to bring my child to the Dr to get lead tested unfortunately my daughter came back with lead in her system we took them to court to fix the problem not just to "PAINT OVER THEM LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO" but to fix it the lawyer for there company saw use in the hallway he said " oswaldo"THTS my husband name "We just want u to leave just break the lease and leave " my husband reply "here is my lawyers card u can contact him"! . He didn't take the card he just walked away our lease was coming to a end so wat they did was raise the rent from $1245 to $2300 it's there way in forcing use out there general manager Gay denied all the facts although is was right in front of him "WE HAVE OUR LAWYER FIGHTING FOR US" as of now my daughter has to do speech therapy 2 times a week and special education 1 time a week as a mother it hurts knowing my daughter was born a healthy baby without no issues and because of wavecrest Poor way of maintaining inside the apartment and not just the outside my family has to watch my now 2 year old baby girl go through therapy 3 times a week and hear the evaluator telling use she is performing like a "14 MONTH OLD" it's very had to discuss matters like this because it's brings tears to my eyes knowing that my child didn't ask for all this problems and wavecrest refuse to take responsibility for there actions and stop finding excuses "Why" and stop covering up problems and just fix them I will give more updates as my child go through her therapy MY MOM WOULD SAY "PICTURES ARE A THOUSAND WORDS" I have attached some of many pictures I took before moving out of there so call "luxury APARTMENT!" read more

I was looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in Far Rockaway and saw that Wavecrest had availability online. I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and only had to fill out one sheet of paper before going on a tour, I didn't even have to wait. Lindsay was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process, she showed me several apartment styles and answered all my questions. The front desk ladies were similarly professional and answered all my questions about the area as well as parking. I was attracted to Wavecrest because they have everything I need on site: gym, laundry, gated parking lot, and newly remodeled apartments with new appliances. Wavecrest's ratio of price to quality is unmatched for the area, I was not able to find anything close to this level of quality for the price. Applying through the website was convenient and straightforward, the staff was readily available for any help I needed and promptly returned my phone calls. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Wavecrest to others. 5/5 stars. read more

I've been living at Wavecrest Far Rockaway for 1 year, and I love it here. I'm in a newly renovated one bedroom apt. I was told that my apt is the C-line which means it's a little bigger than most. I appreciate the quick response when there's an issue in the apt, especially when I wash my hair and the drain becomes clogged. Pros: Clean, fairly quiet community. Issues are addressed quickly. 24 hr security. Right by the beach, easy access to the boardwalk. Paid covered parking. Early notices about water outages or construction paper and via email. Heat in the winter and A/c unit in the summer. Management does not really bother tenants. Cons: It's not cheap. No washer or dryer in the unit. Laundrymat in another building. Wait time is annoying. Free parking is a challenge. Overall I rate this a wonderful place to find peace of mind. I lived through the pandemic here and as a healthcare worker, this is my safe haven. read more

I've been living in Wavecrest Gardens apartments since May 2018 and have been enjoying every minute of it! The apartment complex is gated and I've felt safe since moving to Far Rockaway - no easy feat. I have a beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean with easy access to the beach/boardwalk, A train, with a grocery store and CVS close by as well. The fitness center is a huge benefit, since it is the only gym within walking distance of the area; I've found it to be neat, clean and not too busy. They also do repairs in the gym quickly for any rarely damaged equipment. For me, the perks of living at Wavecrest are the safety, fitness center and convenience. I highly recommend Wavecrest - the management and neighbors are all lovely people that make you feel like family. read more

I moved into Wavecrest December of 2018. My boyfriend and I fell in love with the look of the newly renovated 1 BDRM apartment. However, the first thing we noticed is that the property advertises heat included, but our heat never comes on. We were forced to use heaters through our first winter here. Secondly, there seems to always be an issue with water. The issues range from the water pressure in the shower changing constantly (I've gotten my hair wet unexpectedly several times because of this issue), there being either a water main issue or pipes freezing so you can expect to wake up to no water, or some nasty yellow/brownish water (my assumption is the color is from the rust of the pipes?). Thirdly, we noticed a small roach here and there when we first moved in, but nothing too out of control or alarming (though I hate the sight of even one, we were able to get the problem under control), however as they began renovating the older apartments in our building, the roaches seem to be looking for a new home and now I am guaranteed to find a roach or three (big, small and in between) in my kitchen at night. And if you're curious I do keep a very clean house. Fourthly, the parking! Let me start by saying, if you work a typical 9-5 you should be able to find parking on the property with no issue, but in the event that you work nights like myself, the odds of you finding parking after about 8 o'clock on some nights are slim to none. Now what options do you have if you can't find parking you might ask, well if you choose to park illegally on the premises (i.e. make your own parking spot somewhere) after a few warning stickers on your car window they will have your car towed so that isn't recommended. You could park on the street but after about 11p good luck. You could pay $110 for a parking lot spot and hope you live in a building close to the lot or else be prepared to walk (that wind coming off the beach in the winter is no joke) or pay $160 for a garage spot which is more convenient also more money. And last but not least of my issues, the walls are paper thin. You can hear pretty much everything through these walls. On a lighter note, there are pros to the apartment complex. Proximity to the beach is nice, they really made the boardwalk look good, the beach is very clean also. We fortunately have a small laundry room in the basement. The property is well kept has nice curb appeal, and no litter. I never have issues with any loud people or music outside the building. Proximity to the A train isn't bad, as well as bus service is right on Seagirt. The apartment upgrades are very nice as well. They have security that walk the premises and are on call 24/7. And fortunately for us, we don't have any loud next door neighbors to complain about. So to be fair I'll rate Wavecrest a 3. For what you'd typically find in NYC for the going rent at Wavecrest, I'd say it's worth the money considering. But they really need to fix the issues I've listed. read more

Been here over Fifteen years (If my spouse had not met with his untimely and unexpected demise I would've been gone by now - especially to avoid YEARS of Invalid and UNJUSTIFIABLE attempts to Evict me because I refuse to accept Intimidation and PROFANITY BEING HURLED AT ME IN THE PRESENCE OF A CORRUPT judge WHO DOESN'T ISSUE ANY CIVIL PENALTIES FOR SUCH UNETHICAL CONDUCT IN A COURTROOM; and ever so obvious quality of service has decreased immensely and shotty repairs are increasing. Hot water made to be cold tap after a repair, kitchen floor has to be re-tiled THREE times due to a NAIL (??) under neath causing tile to crack and TOO MUCH glue. And don't stand up for your Rights about Unjustifiable Harassment. Significant Court Awarded Judgment against owner was issued and with the questionable help of certain judges (have IRREFUTABLE PROOF) was allowed to be ALTERED to avoid paying the Judgment - deep pockets will rule until a specific force stops it and is allowed to be made aware of the CORRUPTION. To be hounded for TWO years about allegedly owing SEVENTY-ONE CENTS, YES CENTS, for a parking space is a cover for we want your apartment because we can make more money if we get rid of you, despite the FACT you have an EXEMPLARY Record as a Tenant (???). The parking space was $60.27 (w/tax) for many years then ILLEGALLY increased 100% to $110.00, and no one challenged it- Filthy, flooding, constant broken door, no ventilation nor heat place. That's why owner does some of the things he and his brother does. When you are taken to Court because you post Court Documents on your door (whereby judge Ruled DID NOT have to be removed) there is more to it than what meets the eyes. Some are conditioned to accept whatever and that's fine if they want to, but not every one accepts their RIGHTS being VIOLATED repeatedly. Wavecrest DOES NOT OWN THE BEACH as some think. read more

Wave crest/Goldfarb Properties is all about money. They don't care about the challenges they inflict on tenants. The lease agreement indicated there would be free parking. tenants have to compete viciously for these spots sometimes resulting in accidents when two persons desperately compete for an available space. You can spend hours driving around looking for a spot. Out of frustration some people pay as much as $20.00 for an overnight space in the visitors parking. Unbelievably they have now converted that to monthly parking leaving tenants no alternative. It is unfair that this company cold change the lease agreement thereby trying to force tenants to pay for paid parking. There needs to be some arm of government with oversight for these unscrupulous rich people who continue to behave like bloodsuckers despite their wealth' Where is their humanity?? read more

I have lived here for almost five years and I would say that the biggest problem is the mice and roaches (even if your house is clean). Within the last week, I have personally caught six mice. The maintenance manager claimed that he was going to come to my apartment to re assess the holes and never came even though I told him that I took off work to stay home. In fact, I took off several days of work for them to "close the hole" yet I keep catching mice ‍. No one from management has ever returned my call (only the maintenance manager once and he never showed up). I believe this place is infested with mice as several of my neighbors have the same issues. Also, when work has been done on my apartment, it was a "thrown together job" paint everywhere etc. They also leave a mess. Someone recently asked me about living here and it's a "thumbs down" for me. Currently looking to move. Total waste of money. Nice if you love roaches and mice! read more

So...I am writing an update. One year later and it has gotten better since the parking lot fiasco that ended up damaging my mom's car. Apologies were made, beef was squashed. The parking lot still charges it's just less of a hassle now. Things are better but still not perfect. They are updating the interiors of the buildings they started our building in february/march and it looked like a war zone until they finally finished in May. It would have been nice to be sent communication about the updates. Especially since the painters, painted my door shut while my husband and I was inside. It took us 45 minutes to get out of our apt. Thank god the door got stuck on the weekend. The only information I received regarding any updates was a note asking if they could have access to my apt so they could rewire our doorbell. Next thing I know wires are hanging from the ceiling in the hallways, walls are being painted, etc. It looks updated, but meh. It seems like Wavecrest is trying to compete with the new apartments across from us. (The rooms there are like closets and super expensive so there's no comparision.) All in all I would and still am recommending people to rent here. I just wish there was better communication. Also the no pet policy is extremely annoying especially when everyone you see has pets. read more

Don't let having an ocean view and the nice staff in the office blind you. Ask them about MCI increases that increase your rent even during your lease. Lots of residents have mold problems. Mice problems in many apartments now. I just seen two dead ones in the lobby yesterday. Paper thin wooden floors. You will hear everything if people above you don't have carpet. Nice place to live in the summer and plenty of free parking. Paint on wall will start cracking and chipping after a year due to cheap paint jobs by contractor. This was the first year we had good heat in the winter after all the complaints from residents. I've been here 6 years and this is my last because of steep rent increases in addition to the MCI increases. read more

These people are crooks just like many other management companies! Why is it that if someone makes an error on their application, they are not allowed to go back and update it? I did not see the options for additional income, such as vouchers, etc. And so I wanted to go back and simply update that. But the leasing department representative told me that I could not and that I would now have to wait another 60 days and re-submit another application, along with another $75 fee. Are you kidding me? Why?! I don't understand these places...seems like all they want is the money. But after reading the reviews, it's probably best because I dont want to live in a building that is roach and rat infested, with mold on the walls and have my 2 year old subjected to asbestos and lead. Furthermore, I saw a studio apartment there and there was NOTHING luxurious about it. And God-forbid another Hurricane Sandy comes...everyone living there or near water will probably be screwed! So, as nice as it would be to live on the beach, I will take my business elsewhere. Keep your money folks! read more

I had to move abruptly from my previous residence. Wavecrest was able to help me and my fiancè out in a jam. We were moved in and unpacked in under 6 weeks!! We have been there for 18 months so far, and we absolutely love it! Talk about fate! We have an ocean view property in Queens. We have amenities that are extremely with laundry and gym! I have lived here for 2 years and it has been a complete nightmare. The floors are made of wood and they have lead in the apartment and refuse to fix these issues by making the tenants responsible for their mishaps. They do a good job making it look beautiful on the outside but awful on the inside and no one is standing up to this LLC. So what they have to abide by rules as well the floors are not leveled and they squeak more in the summer than in the winter. Thank God my lease is up because I'm running for dear life. Plus I have a horrible neighbor below me who complains about the noise and every time I walk across my floors and even with carpet you still can hear noise to the point of someone even sneezing or snoring. They cater to the Caucasians and not African Americans. Security is nasty and racist i guess because they think they are cops with a reduced salary. read more

I've lived here for over 7 years and I like it a lot. Right on the beach, I can see the water from my apt. The staff is friendly and professional. I have several friends who I have recommended to live there and they are here now. Nice place to live! read more
