I called yesterday in a panic, with my new German Shepard puppy needing immediate attention; he'd spent most of the afternoon throwing up what he ate and drank and had become super lethargic. When I called they were incredibly accommodating in getting me seen asap. The front desk technician (I'm sorry I forgot your name) being one of the most helpful medical professionals I've ever worked with, and Dr. Dayton was so kind, understanding and easy to work with, clearly explaining what she recommended and talking with me to brainstorm what it could be. This isn't my usual vet but based on this experience I'd consider moving all three of my pets here. Can't recommend enough, thank you guys for being so helpful yesterday. read more

While we do think our vet here is really good and nice. Be warned and do your research! This isn't a local vet. It IS owned by a private equity firm that only cares about profits and nothing else. So you will pay even 400% more than other local owned vets. Even for simple things like a 2 min nail trim. So weight the care you want with the people you are really paying. Easy to research which vets are local and which are just out for money and raise prices weekly. Here great vet. Horrible owners with unsatisfied greed. I absolutely love this vet and have used them for years. However, they have changed their pricing and dental cleaning prices have tripled. I got my oldest pup's dental cleanings done in June and it cost roughly 550$. I got an estimate yesterday for my younger pup and the estimate for a cleaning and an extraction is between 1200-1700 dollars! I know prices have to go up that triple the price increase in less than a year is unimaginable. read more

We always have a good experience at Tiny Town Animal Clinic. Today we took our dog on in for annual vaccinations and discuss boarding requirements and options. Our Tech Felicia and Dr Gardner were very professional, knowledgeable, and open and transparent about all our options for vaccinations, boarding, and dietary needs. They were very engaging to us and also our dog. Our dog isn't very social but Felicia was easily able to work with our dog, she was great! Dr Gardner explained everything to me about our dogs checkup and vaccinations as well as dietary needs to help us get our pet to lose a few pounds. Same goes for boarding. So, I cannot rate their services but their lack of capabilities is frustrating. I have to drive over to Dover Road to find care for my pets and to Woodlawn for boarding. You know they care about your pet when they actually get on the floor with your dog to check them out and make them comfortable. I have been to many Vets and they are by far the best. I would prefer to give 0 stars if I could. Posting my review in order to help save a fur baby from going through what mine went through! I took my dog here for his allergies, it seems like we were always bringing him in every 2-3 months and their prescription steroids would only work and clear him up only while he was on the medication. The Prevention treatment for his allergy that they prescribed had not been working so I asked to board him while they were prescribing new meds. I came to pick up my dog only 48hrs after I boarded him and my poor dog's eye was closed shut due to the build up of eye mucus that the vets did not care to check or wipe his eyes during the 48hrs he was there!!! I asked 3 people in the clinic what was going on with my dog because he did not have any kind of eye discharge when we boarded him 48 hours ago and the only response I received was "I don't know" I know no one was checking on him during those 48hrs of boarding because anyone who loves an animal would have realized that my poor baby could not open his eye due to crust build up and would try to wash his face to help him. Please do not take your animals to this clinic- it was such a terrible experience that I have also filed a complaint with TN Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. read more

Over 9 years ago we got our loyal partner, Doc, from the El Paso Human Society and yesterday we said our goodbyes to him with the wonderful support of Amy Mcintire, DVM and Jessica, Vet Tech. I just can't even put into words how comfortable they made our experience and how accommodating and crucially compassionate they were during the whole process. Our Doc had what we believe to be subcutaneous lymphoma and had hit a hard wall on Friday evening. I was extremely concerned his pain was too much on Saturday, so I felt it was time to talk with a professional. We recently moved to Ft Campbell and had not established care with a local vet at the time. I looked on Yelp and a few other sites attempting to find vet services open on a Saturday. I called the Tiny Town Clinic at approximately 1130am when I knew I may need to hear from an expert that the time had come for our Doc. I was scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm on the same day, a Saturday! Now just know they close at 4pm. Not once did the staff rush me on leaving my pup or the office until I was ready. I lost track of time and didn't even realize it was closing time because Dr. Macintire and Jessica were sooo comforting. Today is hard, real hard, but this team of wonderful pet lovers and caregivers were there for us when we needed them the most. They even allowed my 7 y/o son to stay and hug on him the whole time offering if he ever needed to leave the room that the front staff would make sure he was okay. That is a true compassionate team!! I believe I have found the vet and vet care team to take care of my other pup. Thank you sooooo much!!! We are forever grateful for you all. Side note: Doc - If you didn't know, Doc is not a real doctor ‍but he is a real dog . Doc how sweet your soul. May you fly high in doggie heaven our forever loyal partner!! The staff was so kind and helpful! They took my dog from me as soon as I entered the building so I had my hands available to help with my two kids. They also had snacks available which helped keep my kids happy during my dog's exam. They had a TV in the room on silent but it was enough to keep my kids occupied with the cartoons. The vet and the vet tech we're very willing to answer any and all of my questions. They did not put any products on me which I was very grateful for. My dog even left with a goodie bag is some good dog treats, and a new toy. read more

I love Tiny Town Animal Clinic. I love the staff, I love the environment, I love the random cats and dogs there, and I love how they treat each of their fur clients. I've been taking my baby fur boy to this vet since he was just 7 weeks old and he is almost two years old now. There's one girl in particular, I think her name was Rachel, but she is so wonderful! She has been with Manning since he first stepped paw in the clinic and is always so delighted to see him. It truly does make a difference and makes you feel at home when the girls there remember your pet and their personality. Not only are the staff awesome, but Manning is always well taken care of there and he comes out of each bath each month smelling so good and without any over clipped nails. They also do room and boarding which I will have to try if/when I go out of town! read more

I was referred to this vet when I adopted a cat from the shelter. The cat was sickly and in pain and had bad effects that I have NEVER seen an animal go through after simply being fixed. This vet also padded the bill by adding everything they could. When I picked up my cat I asked about a pain shot that my normal vet gives to all animals that have surgery it keeps them pain free for days.. Tiny Town vet office had never even heard of this. They do NOT know what they are doing and WILL take advantage of you. And they may just kill your pet. PLEASE think twice before taking your fur babies there. read more

We have Jack Russell that wasn't eating and drinking. We took him to the vet and found out he has kidney failure. He was hospitalized on the 6th of this month. He was at the vet for five days and then sent home with medication and a special diet. We gave him all medication as told to us and he stopped eating again. We took him back to the vet on the 14th. The vet said he was dehydrated and that he had taken him off the IV to soon. We picked him up today- July 20th. We had paid $2000.00 for the first treatment which the vet, Dr. Reese said he could be discharged and treated at home. When he returned to the vet days later, Dr. Reese repeatedly told us he messed up the first time by taking him off his IV and it probably shocked his kidneys. Today we where handed another $2000.00 bill. No new diagnosis besides that my dog is a picky eater. Now, you tell me, if you take your car to the mechanic and they fix it then four days later the same thing happens, does the shop give you another bill, or if someone is doing work on your house do you pay for them to fix it twice?? To top this all off, Dr. Reese wouldn't talk to us in person but later called us with a blocked phone number two and asked for an explanation as to why we left the office in such a disgusting way." I answered him by asking for an explanation as to why he disgustingly lied. He responded that he saved our dog's life and we should be thankful. Meanwhile, the dog wasn't terminal and most importantly, didn't you take an oath to do so? read more

**********************UPDATE 12 JAN 2015************* Since writing my review, Sabrina a technician from Tiny Town animal clinic reached out to me by telephone to try and alleviate some of my frustrations. She sympathized with my concerns and said she would like to refund the mistaken vaccination and the pet wellness fee. This was gracious of her to do so and I accepted. I also received another follow up phone call a few days later requesting to remove my Yelp review, however I have declined. I decline because I still had a terrible experience during my visit and a refund of $62 isn't going to change the terrible customer service I feel exists at Tiny Town Animal clinic. And although gracious to refund the fees after the incident, I should of never been charged the extra fees to begin with nor dealt with an extremely rude front desk receptionist. Tiny Town Animal Clinic and their staff let $62 ruin a potential long term customer relationship. However I am pleasantly surprised that Sabrina from the vet clinic did reach out to me to try and make things better. I still don't think I will return to Tiny Town Animal Clinic in the future, but for Sabrina's efforts in trying to make this situation better I have raised my rating from 1 to 2 stars. read more

Adopted my dog from the animal shelter and went to have her spayed at tiny town because of the coupon. She is nauseated diarrhea and hunched in pain now and I am so disappointed :-( when I called to let them know - they wanted to parvo test her which is ridiculous - she has been out of the shelter for a month and is completely vaccinated. I am so sad my baby is suffering and they only want to pass the buck. I have seen so many bad reviews that of been pushed under the table on this clinic and everybody should be aware they are not really up to par. read more

My experience.... If you choose this place for your fur baby I hope it goes differently. I made my Yelp just to review! I recently adopted a new dog and got recommended to come here. Not my cup of tea I'll say. First call came to ask if I wanted the adoption package if not I still owed them six dollars after the shelter vouchers like this girl was adamant to get those six so I chose the package it seemed great for a new dog. No expense is a problem for piece of mind with research if needed. I was told in the adoption package a bath was included. Needless to say I went home I noticed my dog had critters crawling on him. Very upset when I called to ask about it, I was immediately asked who told me that! Like it was not very likely I was being truthful. Needless to say problem fixed dog was bathed and returned after 6 hrs!! But sorry when a dog is adopted if you're going to ask me if I want him to be bathed after I call to complain something is wrong. That should've been asked before you neuter or spay any shelter animal. I give one star based on the lovely receptionist that dealt with me the first time. As for the other ladies I will say I shouldn't be able to hear you talk about me or any other client which I heard the two times I first walked in. That made me upset and I kept several comments to give you after that to myself! SERIOUSLY STOP TALKING BAD ABOUT CLIENTS WHEN OTHERS ARE AROUND ACTUALLY STOP PERIOD!! Overpriced, unprofessional manners, speaking about clients, poor communication, one great receptionist! Oh and I asked what were the percentages for dogs found with heart worms in the area since you were so adamant to make me take the medication. No worries I found a vet with staff that had the answer and proof for my answer not just hearsay. Don't worry my dog is treated by professionals who have the answers and stats on hand.
