We were greeted by a polite and knowledgable young man who asked questions to get my daughter fitted for the correct boots, board and helmet. Being the busiest weekend of the year for them we were able to get her the gear she needed. Thinking they were out of helmets the manager hunted several places in the store to find a helmet that fit my daughter correctly. While paying for the rental we met the owner who gave us invaluable advice about the 3 ski resorts we intended to visit for the first time. We're so grateful for that advice because it put us at the best resort for our family and our first experience turned out even better than we ever expected! I think I would have been more into the stuff here 20-25 years ago. We had an issue because one of the sticker tags for a diff t-shirt size ended up on a different size shirt and someone in my party bought it; we didn't realize the error until over an hour after we checked out, when we were about to leave Broadway at the Beach. They were nice and let me find a different shirt to exchange it for as that shirt wasn't available in the size we needed and thought we'd bought.
