This is not the first time they get things wrong. A few months ago they left something out of the order and I had to go back and get what they missed. The burgers don't have the seasoning they used to have or remember the tasted like 5 years ago. I remember that when you bit in you knew you had a great burger in your hands. I don't perceive that taste as much anymore. Maybe they are so busy that it's hard to keep that quality taste, but hopefully they can tweak things in a way that it brings back the Outlaw's of a few years ago. Well my order was a double quarter pounder with fries and a drink. The fries were grease logged and old. The burger had a nicely cooked top and the bottom was raw. How this happens with the timer cookers is beyond me. My wife's fish fillet was soggy and greasy same with fries. My older son had a Big Mac which looked like a big tornado with raw meat at least his nuggets were half decent. The only 3 things that turned out right were to apple pies and an ice cream. Guess I was lucky the machine worked. Over all the Management looked like they were trying to keep control of the business but there was just way to much fooling around to give a good customer experience.
