Kiosk to order my Egg McMuffin meal, upgrading to OJ instead of coffee. It was prepared quickly and assembled properly. Hot toasted muffin, hot hash browns and a filled cup of juice. Condiments station clean and stocked. There was a spill on the floor but they had a "warning cone" next to it and during my visit, a crew member with a mop cleaned it up. All tables clean with no trash. Outside, clean parking lot. Internet worked great and I was even able to sit as a table with a power outlet to charge up my laptop. It's not Ruth's Chris. It's McDonald's and this was a good visit.

I then asked ok can we place our order here and she responded with, " no you can leave. Then slammed the windows in our faces." I went in and asked for the manner. She was clearly overwhelmed and immediately told me they were short staffed. At this point Amanda was in the back complaining. The manager did do the right thing and took my order, but she took no ownership for her employee and chalked it up to being short staffed. Amanda then was slamming drawers, complaining loudly for everyone to hear and was so rude to employee Tyler who was honestly the only good service in that place. There was absolutely no indication of this distinction on the app. Because of this inaccurate or misleading information, a large group of students was left without dinner plans. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern shown when we explained the situation. If dine-in closes earlier than drive-thru, that information should be clearly stated on the official app and website.
