At the time we checked your official app, the restaurant clearly showed "Open until 10:00 PM." We arrived around 9:20 PM with approximately 50 students based on that information. However, we were refused service and told the dining room had already closed at 9 PM, and that the 10 PM closing time only applied to drive-thru service. There was absolutely no indication of this distinction on the app. Because of this inaccurate or misleading information, a large group of students was left without dinner plans. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern shown when we explained the situation. With group ahead of us already ordering and we were next, took 15 minutes just to place our order. Got suckered into coming here by my wife's friend. First of all I can't believe they are closed on Sunday's and open on Memorial Day Holiday. I don't get it I'm hungry on Sunday but your not open! So the drive up line was so busy at 12:15pm we went inside. The line went fast and we were served in a decent amount of time, but instead of having a self serve drink machine the waitresses kept coming up to us asking if we wanted a refills, nice thought but kind of annoying when your having a conversation with family and keep getting interrupted. So my wife and her friend couldn't finish their spicy chicken sandwiches because were to spicy and I had the grilled chicken sandwich but really wilted lettuce and all Our sandwiches were kid size small. We had to get 2 to fill us. What a waste of a meal and time I'll never get back! read more

I'm a Chick Fil A lover. But every now & then there is an issue. Small as it may be I feel I should mention because I rave about how good they are. Only mentioning this because I've seen a trend lately and I do apologize that this store is getting the less than stellar review. But only a tad off of stellar. I've been stopping at many Chick Fil As over the summer. What has happened to me a handful of times is that when I order a coffee I have had to wait for them to make a pot since they didn't have any. As I write this I just realized this may not be a negative. If they had coffee left in the carafe that was sitting there, it may have been old and they may not have wanted to give their customers older coffee. They may have wanted to give their customers only fresh product even something as simple as coffee. So, no issue and no less than stellar review as I previously mentioned. It's all good. Pulled into drive thru tonight at 8:55. A kid told us the drive thru was closed but that we were welcome to come inside and order. The very same kid then went inside and locked the door. When we asked what the deal was another employee apologized and refused service at 8:59. All we wanted was to order a drink--they had just let other patrons inside. I've managed businesses off and on my entire adult life and would fire ANY employee who treated a customer like this in a hurry to lock the door BEFORE closing time. Ah, the Chik-Fil-A sandwich. The chain flourishes because of how they marinate their chicken, giving the white meat a unique robust and delectable flavor. The process also brings the telltale "swollen near-rubberiness" texture that any white meat gets from brining. Which if you ate these as a kid, is pleasant. Per usual the customer service at this establishment was great, the wait going through the drive through was appropriate, they got the order right, the food was hot and fresh and I was able to rack up points on the app with my order. If you haven't tried their Frozen Coffee you should definitely order that on your next visit. We were there for breakfast and their breakfast options are just as tasty as their lunch/dinner options.
