Zeppole was a little stale and cold, as it was sitting out with nothing covering it, but hey this wasn't carnival-style anyway. According to my coworkers, the mini cannolis were nice and fresh with a hint of lemon, but were lacking in chocolate chips. The man behind the counter filled them on the spot, so I can imagine how fresh they tasted. They also sold candies and packaged chocolate off to the side. Some brands were familiar, like Baci Perugina chocolate and panettone, but there were some Eastern European chocolates on the other side of the store that seemed interesting.
