walked in at9985 Business Circle Unit 6 Naples Fl. Lady who took my order acted like she was doing a favor waiting on me. She would not accept a coupon. I told her fine and ordered anyway. I requested regular Italian sub with onion on only half of the sandwich and the half with no onion I wanted lite oil and vinegar. She told me she could not do that because it was too much trouble. When I told her that is always the way I ordered it she responded if I continued to argue with her she would refuse to serve me. I walked out. We normally purchase sandwiches at least one time per month. Because of that employee I will take my business elsewhere. This incident took place 6/30/26 at 5:15pm. when I come here, I'm always treated with respect and these workers work hard, but to have a manager yell over them in front of all the clientele telling them to greet customers at the door with an attitude sounding so frustrated just shows a lack of management if you have something to say to your employees, you should take them in private or have a group meeting not yell over the customers it makes people feel uncomfortable and it's wildly unprofessional I don't know if you're having a bad day, but that is just completely uncalled for to the team and staff, you guys do great don't let a lousy manager put you down. Stopped into Jersey Mike's (Collier Blvd. near Freedom Square, Naples) today for a giant Italian Sub. The young female employee was assembling food in record time .... when it was my turn, I asked for it Jersey Mike Style. First came the tomatoes followed by the lettuce. She grabbed for the oil and vinegar and quickly sprinkled, before I could get out that I only wanted liquid on half as it would get mushy if not eaten immediately. That's when I got my "lecture" first by her asking if I knew exactly what Jersey Mike Style was. Really?! I answered yes but went on to say what has already been stated in this review. The lecture continued on her part by saying that I should have mentioned that request from the get -go. REALLY?! With that, she ripped off the lettuce on the half that was dressed and made it right obviously not very happy in doing so. When I was at this location just recently, I mentioned to the manager that he had a great crew, shop and food. But today's service was not reflective of that. I don't need lectured, especially when I'm contributing to someone's paycheck! Keep your rude and unacceptable comments to yourself, be professional, smile and remember the customer is always right and not a target for debate and ridicule. Nice store, clean. By all accounts, a decent fast food place. But you had better know exactly what you want, and be ready to order immediately or you will be publicly ridiculed. In my recent visit, I had never been to a Jersey Mike's before, and I stepped aside to let others go by and order, as I was reading the menu. There was no one else behind me, so I wasn't holding up the line, yet I was loudly called out for not being able to order quickly enough. The older gentleman employee very loudly - so I - and everyone at the counter could hear, complained to another employee that he didn't know what I was doing there other than just "standing around", presumably wasting his time. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. I ordered something just to get out of there and left. I can promise you, I won't be back. With all the comparable fast food places/sub shops available in the area, I wouldn't return to this restaurant for more abuse. If you want to just order a quick meal and enjoy it without being bullied and ridiculed, find another place that appreciates their customers. read more

I had arrived a lot earlier than I had expected, and they apologized that they were still putting my order together. No problem - I was early! Everything came out perfectly, and it's great that Jersey Mike's offers Udi's GF bread for those who need it and still can enjoy a super fresh sub. This is probably the fifth or sixth Jersey Mike's I've been to, and the standard for quality has been consistent at each one, and man, these subs are tasty. A friend of ours told us about a friend of his that just opened a Jersey Mikes in Naples - so we decided to do lunch. Our friend is from Point Pleasant NJ - home of Jersey Mikes. I had the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with Chips. It was so fresh and delicious. I would eat here every day - but then of course I would look like I ate there every day - lol. The one thing they don't have are fries. I wish they had fries. The owner was walking around thanking everyone for coming. The restaurant was very clean. The service was excellent. Located in Naples, FL shopping center their location is very clean and run by a very profesional and courtliest staff. Food is delicious and fresh. Really appreciated cashier asking if I ever had their chocolate chip cookie, when I answered no gave me a free cookie to try it out. Tonight, I went to this Jersey Mike's for the last time, unfortunately. I've ordered dozens of subs via the mobile app, and when I picked up my sub tonight, David felt the need to get a snarky attitude with me as I was walking out the door. I asked a couple of times why he was being rude to me and he didn't reply. Maybe because I didn't tip? I called back to get his name because the whole interaction really bothered me, and I planned to speak with the owner. He calls me back afterwards, pretending to apologize before making more snarky comments. "You're so right, sir. Whatever you say. The customer is always sooo right. Sure. Uh huh" I tried to reason with this kid and explain that one of these days, he's going to use this snot-nosed attitude with the wrong person. So of course, he accuses me of threatening him and then he texts me afterwards with threats of "legal action". I just went there to get a sub. Have ordered here many times and was previously very happy. Ordered on the JERSEY MIKE's APP for a delivery order to take to the beach. Important to note that I ordered DIRECTLY with Jersey Mike's - NOT with UberEats. The delivery was made by UberEats by THEIR choice, and was missing half the order. Driver did not speak English and just drove away while I tried to ask him about the missing parts of the order. Called the store to tell them about the problem and they told me: "Call UberEats, there's nothing we can do about it". I tried to explain that I didn't order through UberEats, ordered directly through them - employee wouldn't listen. UberEats wouldn't talk to me, they saw that I ordered through the store - not them. Called Jersey Mike's corporate office to open up a service complaint - they sent to the store and said the manager would have to follow up with me to close out the case and would give me a credit on my credit card. After waiting for a while, I went up to inquire about my 2 subs (no customization), and I was asked my name and then the person walked off. 5 minutes later I asked again and was told "we're just making them". Being born and raised in New Jersey, we know how great this place is. First time at this location was today for my lunch break. I was of course on a time crunch. When I called to place the order, the answering machine says I can download the app or go on the website to place the order. I was driving and didn't have time to do all of that. Whoever answered the phone was super nice and helpful. Asked some questions and suggested things to better my sandwich. He was so patient and sweet! There have been times I've tried to call in my food other places and they will tell me they don't do that I have to do the app thing... not this place! Super helpful for someone being in such a rush. Everyone was super nice and a pleasure to deal with however the guy that actually built our sub had the most insane attention to detail.
