It seems like every time when I shop here there is always that one customer who holds up the line at the register because of no one's fault but their own. Such as the experience I had at this Wawa location this morning. What is more frustrating is when the other employees are walking around trying to find a manager or another employee who can be of assistance to this one customer while other customers are having to wait. There are two other registers not open, and everyone has to wait while the other Wawa employees are running around the store? Why not have an employee seek assistance while another employee opens a register to help those waiting in line? After several minutes of waiting, a employee finally opened another register and helped me and other customers who were left waiting. I wish I had gotten the employee's name, because I would give him a shout out, but I thanked him for opening the register and getting the line moving. As for the cashier at the register who had to deal with the customer holding up the line, I actually feel bad for her since she was not responsible for the hold up. And any employee in customer service should not have go through the problem caused by this one customer. The reason I stopped in here was to purchase a Sizzli, the breakfast sandwiches that Wawa makes in the morning. Needing to be somewhere, I decided to just get a Sizzli at the counter and be on my way. There was only one Sizzli left. A turkey sausage, egg white, and cheese on a bagel. It was good, considering that it was the only one left. And to any customer who may have entered the store after me wanting to purchase a Sizzli, I am sorry if I inconvenienced you. I most likely would stop in here again and pay at the pump. But I would have to reconsider coming into the store, since there always seems to be a holdup in the line and customers are left waiting because of one moron. It's just not convenient. My last review for this Wawa was over a year ago. There's still no improvement with customer service.... The lady at the only register that was open was nice enough, but she directed me to an incorrect location for something I was looking for... It appears that Wawa doesn't provide Dental insurance for their employees.... Still good prices on gas though! read more

I loved my Italian hoagie with red pepper and provolone (:-) Mmmmm!). This sandwich blows Subway away. Offering more options than Jimmy Johns and way more tastes than Subway, WaWa gives me what I have been looking for for years - a great sandwich at a great price, with an added convenience to boot. Never thought I would love a sandwich from a gas station. This experience has showed me - don't judge a book by its cover or title! The coffee, lattes and other self-service drinks are fantastic. What makes them really great is the price. No more Starbucks for me. A good coffee is the perfect compliment to a delicious Wawa hoagie. Yeah, they sell gas and some 7-11 type stuff/convenience items, too. But I am waaaay more interested in their hoagies and coffee drinks. This a great, cheap place to meet someone for lunch. Even though it is not a restaurant, why not eat, drink and sit outside and enjoy the wonderful Florida weather. One more thing they offer - surcharge-free ATM transactions. (Free? Now that's different!) WaWa takes the words "gas station" to a whoooooole new level. I am a certified WaWa lover! read more

Since WaWa moved into Florida their iconic store design has been popping up raising the bar for all the tired old convenience stores. WaWa is bright, clean, organized and offer awesome selections not even comparable to the others. The food quality exceeds all expectations based on the standards at your standard convenience store. Pumping gas is even made more enjoyable with the latest technology and piped in audio. The prices for coffee and gas are unbeatable. Love me some WaWa!! read more

I ordered food from here last night for the first time in a long time. I was reminded of why I stopped coming here. When it was time for my food to be ready I waited... and waited for someone to acknowledge me. They had obviously forgotten my order, the girl seemed confused and took a long time to come back and say "unfortunately it's still cooking." Idk about you but when I'm lied to about someone not doing their job ON TOP of having to wait double the amount of time I was told, it's pretty upsetting. The chatter and laughing amongst workers seemed like a good reason my order was forgotten. I appreciate the manager giving me a refund but I must say this seems to happen every time. I recommend Wawa stop playing "music" that makes me wanna throw up. I mean that stuff is GARBAGE. Even dead silence would be better than what those poor employees have to endure. Maybe they'll do a better job if they're hearing better music... or even none at all! read more

Okay so I love wawa, I literally go there every single morning. But I never ever can get frozen coffee from there. It's always gross! I want a frozen coffee, and it taste like a vanilla milkshake! No coffee flavor whatsoever. Really disappointing read more

I come almost every morning before work, and am always dissapointed with my visit when Patrice is at the check out. She's incredibly slow and rude. I don't know if she has some kind of disability, but she seems not to care for speedy and kind customer service. Other than that, it's Wawa. Has what you need. read more

This is my gas station they got it all and they're drinks perfect way to start my morning...everybody is really friendly as well

Do not buy a Wawa gift card if you want to buy gas as the gift card will not swipe at the pumps and you have to go inside and wait in the line in order to use them for gas. A HUGE waste of time. And nowhere on the pump does it tell you it won't take the gift card. No, it just demagnetizes it so when you do have to go inside you get to wait twice as long so they can fix your card. What other gas station/convenience store do you know of that won't let you swipe the gift card at the pump? Clerk advised the gift card works like a credit card. Well, obviously not since you can use a debit or credit card at the pump, just not a gift card. Stupid, stupid, stupid. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this Wawa. Clean, stocked, well staffed, friendly folks, good food, and cheap fuel. Hands down it is the best convenience store on Curry Ford Rd. Puts 7-Eleven to shame. I am forever a Wawa fan because of this store! read more
